I would highly recommend this company if you are in the market for AC or a furnace. I was referred to Alex by my realtor, who will not refer anyone unless she is extremely confident in their professionalism and service. She assured me that she has had nothing but good reviews about Alex at CHRD. I called him and also had 2 other companies come in to provide estimates. Alex from CHRD had the best price by a small margin. However, he did the best job of explaining what I needed and why and treating me with respect. I had intended to only have my AC replaced as it was not working, but Alex also had a look at my furnace. He confirmed that it was very old (I just bought the house 1.5 yrs ago and not sure how old it was), that it was only operating at 40% efficiency and was a little too small for the house. He also referred me to an energy inspector who tested my house. I qualified for a very good rebate on the new furnace and learned a few other energy saving tips. My hydro bill was incredibly high last winter, between the constant blower on my furnace running and a couple supplemental space heaters, so Alex' advice about the furnace was bang on and I decided to have both the furnace and AC replaced. The installation team was excellent and very professional and courteous and considerate of keeping mess down and cleaning up after themselves. They also removed my old furnace and AC so that I had nothing to worry about after the job. Alex called during the installation to make sure that everything was going well. He also called a couple days after the installation to make sure that I was happy with the new equipment and the installers. Alex stands by his product and service and has advised me to contact him should I experience any issues. This is the best, good old fashion stand behind our product customer service I've seen in a very long time. I would highly recommend Alex and CHRD.

The people who renovated my home hired a plumber who cut a few corners. The first time Danny from Auburn came to my place was the day after I moved in to fix a massive leak from the shower into the floor below. He diagnosed the problem without cutting huge holes in the ceiling and was able to fix the problem with little mess. The next time I called Danny was when my pipe burst, again due to the renovator boxing in pipes on an exterior wall for aesthetic reasons to sell the house and neglecting to insulate or ventilate. Again Danny came promptly and did a wonderful job of fixing the problem. The third job was to install an outdoor faucet because the renovators failed to reconnect the existing one back to the new plumbing. Danny comes when he says he will and gives a quote that he stands by. He gets the job done promptly and is careful to clean up any mess. He always covers his shoes and is very respectful. I find his prices reasonable and the quality of service and work is fabulous. I know that he will be the first person I call if I need a plumber again.

After I received a very expensive quote from one of the more popular closet organization companies, I decided to look at a couple other companies. I found Closet Town online and requested a consultation. I received a call back from Adi very quickly. He came just hours after making contact and took measurements and discussed what I wanted. He came up with a design and quote very quickly - much quicker than the other company. The price was almost half of the other quote I received for a comparable system. Adi came back to install the closet organizer a within the time he guaranteed me. He was conscientious when bringing the pieces into the house for installation and cleaned up when he was finished the installation. I am very pleased with both the product and the service I received and would highly recommend Adi and Closet Town.
