It's late submitting my review. The job was done by Tyler on July 11, 2017. Writing this review was on my mind but always 'will do tomorrow' kept me at bay. Yesterday, when someone asked me to refer my duct service guy I thought of Tyler and do my review. I was fed up with $80 duct cleaner. Tyler was an awesome guy who came in and explained me the whole process. He was on dot and values your time I never saw the way he did duct cleaning, done by anyone before. I am happy to be Dial One's customer. Today you will get a call from my client who just bought his house and my recommendation was to get ducts cleaned before move in.

I am a real estate professional working with RE/MAX. On Sunday night we observed trickling sound at night and found out roof leaking in the attic. I had used another roofer earlier and I texted him that night and told him about the problem. He never responded. That night we kept a few containers to contain the water dripping and I started looking for roofing repairers on Kijiji. Texted a couple of guys to take an opinion and Shawn was the quickest to respond. I liked his promptness. And he setup a quick appointment, within next 2 hours. He and his brother Ibrahim are very knowledgeable in their trade and love what they do. They are passionate. More than that, they are reasonable. It was a wonderful experience of working with them and I will definitely call them should a need arise and recommend them to my friends. They are sophisticated and well etiquetted. I wish them all the best in life.
