The salesman was awesome. He was polite and professional and did not get rattled when my daughter, son in law and grandkids showed up. The sales man was very warm and very knowledgable of his product.

The advisor that arrived to fix my hot water tank was extremely professional and friendly. He fixed the tank in 10 minutes and confirmed that we would have hot water within 90 minutes or less. I am very happy with the service.
