After doing diligent research and collecting a number of quotes, my family and I went with Michael and AMICA. As I sit here, basking in the sun coming through our brand new windows, I can say with confidence that we made the right call! Michael worked closely with me to assess our needs and budget, providing us with a detailed breakdown so we could decide where we want to trim (no pun intended) or add on to the job. Unfortunately, another lockdown delayed the project, but Michael and his crew came at the earliest (+ safest) opportunity, and replaced every window in our house -- brick to brick -- in a day and a half! Super efficient, and incredibly professional, Michael came by before and after the project to do a thorough inspection of the work and address any questions or concerns we had. All in all, I was very impressed with him and his crew's work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If I could have safely hugged Michael I would have. He's good people and can definitely be trusted with your windows.

Had an emergency issue with the bathroom sink; Raphie arrived within a few hours and had it replaced quickly and painlessly. More importantly, he helped me figure out how to best control the water damage without requiring any other service teams. This is the second problem we've had Raphie solve over the years, and we've been very pleased with both solutions.

I already wrote about my first experience with Mike and Hamlet... my second was even better! After getting the guys to wall-mount my TV, I had them give me an estimate for de-cabling my entire house. Not only was their estimate much lower than any other quotes... but they did the job efficiently, professionally, and made it seem like they weren't even there with the clean-up. I ran into an issue with a mall-mount, and called Mike for help. He came as soon as possible and fixed it up with his co-worker, Hamlet, very efficiently. ...so much so, that I've booked him for my next project.
