While the team was friendly and conducted themselves professionally (for the most part) we were very disappointed with the work provided. There was no organization...everyday there was someone new on the crew.....the job was quoted at 3-4 days with the 4th day being the "buffer"......the job took almost 10 days.....poorly organized with staffing......didn't take care of my home with proper drop sheets and coverings...we asked them repeatedly to put drop sheets down, especially on the basement stairs as we had new carpet installed, which was noted on the contract......we are still finding paint drips on our wood banisters a month after the job was completed....project manager was knowledgeable but offered nothing to us for the extra time and inconvenience of the job being completed. I took a week off of work to have this completed. On site painters were distracted with cell phones...constantly in and out of the house taking calls, or talking on the cell phone while painting and having to repaint the entire wall again because they were not focussed on the task at hand.....and not removing their shoes or using shoe covers or having indoor/outdoor shoes....I would not recommend this business for painting...while they were less expensive than other quotes, I would have happily paid more for the job, to have it done properly and on schedule.
**UPDATE....since writing this review, the owner of the company Liz has contacted us to share her disappointment with our job. While the job is completely finished now, we have reconciled with the company to our satisfaction. I don't write reviews (as above) normally, but if we had been contacted earlier regarding the issues and had follow up completed to ensure that all was in order it may not have lead to the honest feedback that was posted on this site.
