Solutions Electrical was my first choice because of the great reviews I saw on homestars. I still contacted a few companies anyway, and Solutions was actually the first one to get back to me. Some of the others still haven't even returned my phone call. The electrician they sent out, Dave, was great! He explained everything to me, did a thorough test and troubleshoot of the electrical situation at my home, and provided me with a report that explained all the findings. The customer service was great, they always responded promptly and were very polite, and Dave was awesome! Definitely recommend them. Thanks again!

I'm a new homeowner and made the mistake of getting a company that showed up at my door to install my new furnace. It's a year later and I knew there was something wrong with my furnace and after trying to reach the company and getting the run around, I called Reliable Home Comfort. Best call I ever made! Dave came over and looked at my furnace and pointed out what was wrong. I wanted to get Dave to fix the problems but he noticed that I had a warranty that was still in effect and suggested I look into that so I could save some money. He even offered to speak to the rep from the other company to explain what the problems are, which he did when I called him back a week later. He saved me a ton of money and offered sound advice. All this and he charged me NOTHING!!! Thanks Dave. My only regret is that I didn't know about Reliable Home Comfort when I was looking for someone to install my furnace a year ago. I would recommend this company to anyone with any heating or cooling needs.

I had two trees that were very close to my house and one had even damaged my gutters so I had to get them removed. I called Craig and he came out and did a free quote for me and came back with his team the following weekend. They were amazing!!! They cut down the two trees and they even pruned two other trees on the property. When I tried to pay him more for the extra work he said absolutely not, it was his pleasure to help us out by pruning those two other trees. It cost exactly what he said it would, and he even threw in extras, they worked quickly, and cleaned up as well. IF YOU HAVE TREES THAT NEED ANY KIND OF ATTENTION PLEASE CALL CB TREE, I'M SO GLAD I DID. I know I sound like a commercial but they were that good. Thanks Craig!

I was told I didn't have a basement drain and was looking at having one put in. I called Drainworks based on the reviews I saw on homestars and was very satisfied with their work. The two gentlemen that came found the drain that no one else could locate, showed me that my drains were actually in great shape, and saved me from spending unnecessarily on a new drain. They even changed the tubes on my washing machine that had started rusting, and levelled it for me to stop it from rocking back and forth during wash cycles. Thanks Mike and Eric. I would definitely recommend these guys, they were so nice and did a great job too!
