Stay far from this company!!!!! July 4th, the service technician advised me that a part needed to be replaced. After reassuring me that the machine was well worth repairing I had him order the part and paid for it ($647.97) July 11th the part was installed but didn't seem to solve the problem so another part needed to be ordered (274.45). Again I asked whether it would be worth it and got the same response (this was a Miele washing machine which are quite costly to replace) What followed was an extremely tedious process to get the company to address the situation; multiple calls that were not returned and no updates provided. Finally on Sept 6 the part had arrived and was going to be installed. When nobody had shown up or contacted me more than one hour after the appointment window had expired I called the company. I was advised that the technician would be there in 10 min. 45 min later he calls me with the message that they had received the wrong part and that he was rescheduling for Saturday Sept 10th. Within 5 min during that visit it was determined that it still wasn't working and that the machine was irreparable. He left in a hurry with the comment that I would be contacted on Mon re: a refund. By Wed I called to get more info and I was told that I first needed to pay the balance (274.45) before an assessor would be sent over to look at the machine and decide if a refund would be awarded. BTW: On Sat. Sept I had purchased a new machine which had been delivered on Mon Sept 12th and the old machine had been taken away (who has room for 2 washing machines?) The bottom line: I never heard back until I called Sept 26th and was told that I did not qualify for a refund since the parts had been installed!! Had I known that I would have suggested for the technician to remove and take them before he left. This company lacks customer service and communication of policy between head office and service department

After a long search I found Ian Alexander willing to take on this project of designing and constructing hot water radiator covers, matching the existing woodwork, for me. His approach was prompt, professional, detailed (I received drawings of his design before proceeding with the work). The installers, Jeroen and Reid, did a great job with the installation; professional, friendly and very tidy. All in all a very positive experience, resulting in a high quality product that enhances the decor of my home. It was a pleasure working with Ian, Jeroen and Reid and I would highly recommend Copacetic.

What a find!! Ralph responded shortly after I left my voicemail (several others whom I called never took the effort to call back) and tried to set up an appointment asap. The job turned out to be more complicated and more time consuming than anticipated but Ralph and his assistant worked through until 10 pm to make sure that the problem was solved. Great work, and very friendly service. Ralph is the person the call if you have an electrical problem!

Binder and Sukh Sahota were very helpful and professional in developing the design for our new kitchen. The whole project was delivered on time and within agreed budget. Most importantly, the end product is of high quality, and the installation was done by pleasant and skillful craftsmen. We highly recommend Sky Kitchen for renovations.

Improve coordination between different services (i.e.plumber/painter etc)
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Focus on details in early design stages and communicate those clearly to the designers.
