I have worked with Suzanne for over 4 years, during this time she has helped me fix my Combiboiler, Air conditioner and Balanced the air in my newer townhome. She is an excellent technician with superior knowledge of engineering. She will always approach issues by understanding the root cause of the problem and attempts to repair first by replacing parts or finding intelligent solutions. My 4 year old combiboiler ( rented from Reliance) had a small leak, I obtained "assessments" from 5 local HVAC companies, their approach was to sell me a new unit, estimates ranged from $9,000 to $12,000 for a new unit, or a lease agreement (from reliance or enercare) that was three times the original contract. None of the companies made a proper assessment. Instead, Suzanne was able to quickly identify problem, she replaced 4 rubber gaskgets and the boiler works perfectly fine with no leaks! I saved myself a huge expense, while saving the environment. Above all Suzanne brings ethics to an industry that is in dire need of it. A true "Breath of Fresh Air" :)

I'm happy to write a review for D'arcy and his team from Flattery Design. I had been planning on getting my backyard patio done for several months. I had a vision but wasn't quite sure how to approach it, D'arcy helped me put my ideas on paper and then got his team to execute it in an incredibly efficient and professional way. His team was happy to check in with me every step of the way and their workmanship and attention to detail was of quality. The end result was above my expectations.
