Michael and his crew did an amazing job putting up my fence. Their attention to detail was amazing and they stayed within their quote and timeline. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do renovations.

Customer service was good and prices are good. A bit of a mix up on delivery date but all else was good.

Called Fixrepair to fix my fridge at my rental unit on February 2, 2022. Technician went to the unit and said it would be $536 (taxes included) to fix the fridge. I agreed and he completed the work. On March 1, 2022 my tenant phoned me to tell me the fridge was not working again. I called the Fixrepair number and the same technician I spoke to last time picked it up. I explained my fridge was not working again and he said he would call me back. I did not hear back from him that whole day. I tried calling him the next day and he was avoiding my calls. I asked my tenant to give him a call and he picked up the phone. He told my tenant he would be at his premises in 2 hours. He never showed up. After 4 hours my tenant tried calling him again and nobody was picking up. We both tried again today and still nothing. Fixrepair is happy to take your money but if anything goes wrong they will avoid you like the plague. Stay away!

Fireplace unit is great but installation was anything but great. Owner and his assistant showed up late, were not very careful and scratched up my mantle to the point where I have to repaint it (see pictures), they installed the screen crooked (see picture) and when I called them up to ask to come back and fix it, they said I did it and refused to return to fix it. I would think long and hard before calling up GTA Heating and A/C Inc.

When my air conditioner broke on the hottest day of the year I thought I would never find a good company quick. I was wrong. I phoned Fred in the morning, he came by that same afternoon. He quoted me a great price. Two days later his crew came to install my new Lennox Air Conditioner. They were very professional and courteous. I joke that they left my basement cleaner than when they arrived. I would definitely recommend Cozy World to all my friends.
