I have had several repair people in to address my AC leaking water and no one fixed. I called McKinnon and explained what I was going through to try to fix this. The lady on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me a quote for service and sent out Dennis who tested everything and discovered my problem. The system just needed a through cleaning simple fix. He cleaned all the indoor units (something the other contractor did not seem to know how to do or did not want to do) and the outdoor unit, checked the coolant level and made sure the units were draining properly and no longer leaking before he left All working very well now. And the yes the quote given on the phone is what they charged no extra charges no surprises.

Called company and told them what was happening and they gave me their rates at we booked next day service at no extra charge. Water was leaking and Ice forming in freezer section fixed. Mike knew right away what the problem was and explained it to me as well as the cost up front for my approval then fixed. Service call waved, showed me how to prevent problem in future. Very Happy with this company and Mike.

Purchased service and protection plan, call for repair, several missed appointments, bandaid fix only did not fix coolant leak covered in paid for plan. I am disabled and need AC.
