EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM ROB C! We just wanted to thank Rob C. and Dodd's for their excellent service. Rob C. was honest, clear in his explanation of what was wrong with our unit, and worked quickly to resolve the problem. His safety-conscious pointers were also valuable.
