We installed a water purification and softening system with Watermart nine years ago to ensure that our three kids would have pure water during their growth years. The system has worked perfectly and, perhaps best of all, Watermart have kept detailed records so that they advise us when the different filter cartridges need replacement. The people who perform their service calls are exceptionally polite and diligent. There is always a follow-up phone call to confirm that the system is working well and that you are satisfied with the work. My opinion is that they have a first class product and they support it with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them.

Company Response

Hi Jonathan. First off, thank you very much for having stuck with us for the last 9 years. That's a great testimonial on it's own. That said, thanks so much for taking the time to write us such a great review. Record keeping is pretty paramount in this business and I'm happy to hear that you appreciate our diligence at keeping your system sanitized and functioning properly. It's also nice to hear that you think our technicians are true professionals. Please let myself or any of the team know any time if you have questions about your system specifically or water quality generally. We're always happy to help. Many thanks once again for your business and your kind words. Sincerely. Dave.

Mimmo is a master craftsman with a superb eye for design, and an attention to detail that makes every other contractor we have used over the years look shoddy in comparison. As a homeowner, it is so nice to work with someone who cares so deeply about the quality of his work and that his customer is delighted with the outcome. Well, we could not be more delighted! Mimmo has just created a beautiful rear patio for our home plus regrouted the front patio and relaid the driveway that he created for us 9 years ago. Along the way he made minor repairs (such as retouching some stucco) and provided advice on a range of issues (such as what plants to put where; and what paint color to use on the house) that went beyond his formal scope of work but which have enhanced the overall impact of the work. I could not recommend him more highly.

Repeat clients such as yourselves are the greatest compliment our company can receive, thank you for this review.

A project that was due to be completed in 7 weeks is still incomplete 25 weeks later and will now not be ready until the Spring. Poor project management (inadequate supervision of sub-contractors and lack of co-ordination between them) has resulted in delays and issues of quality control. The latter were compounded by the use of non-specialized employees on the specialist stone work. Based on their other reviews on HomeStars, Nature's Choice may be able to handle run of the mill landscaping and interlocking work (and these aspects of our project were effectively executed), but a complex project such as ours required strong design standards, tight project management and the use of specialist trades. We regret having selected Nature's Choice for this project, despite liking Anthony and his team.

We used Mimmo to create a new driveway. He came up with a stunning design of flagstone borders enclosing dry laid blocks. The work was beautiful (the alignment is perfect); totally in keeping with the modern angles of the house; and practical (the dry laid blocks can be individually replaced if damaged). As with his earlier project with us (renewing the front entrance way), Mimmo was delightful to work with. He is courteous, hard working and totally reliable. We plan to engage him in 2008 to do the stonework in the back of the house!
