I recently had my Furnace and AC replaced by Cozy World. The entire experience was excellent. Fred was able to give me a rough quote over the phone when I was initially doing some preliminary comparisons. When I was ready to get the on-site quote, he was able to come quickly, and thoroughly answer a number of questions I had. The installers were great as well. They worked very hard, and there was an unexpected complication based on the construction of my house. They persevered to solve the issue and to complete the installation very late into the evening. Even at 10pm when they were wrapping up, the installer was willing to walk through how to operate the system, and was extremely patient. When they finished, I immediately received the online rebate submissions. The service, and quality of installation were fantastic - all at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend Cozy World.

I had a fairly small job to replace 3 basement windows. I needed them done within a month to complete my actions for an energy audit. My overall experience from beginning to end with Fortress was excellent. The price was very fair (compared to several other quotes I got). They were able to do a couple shutters I needed as well. Throughout the process, the communication and service was amazing. Every time I phoned (for an estimate, to book a time, etc), I was able to get through to someone. The time estimates were accurate and they were able to have the job completed in my required timeline. The installation was very well done, and the installers were very professional and friendly. I am pleased with the look and quality of both products. After the job was completed, I also received a courtesy call to ensure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Fortress. The service I received was outstanding.
