Chris and his team converted a bungalow to a duplex. Full gut and renovation upstairs and downstairs. He and his team were professional and courteous and all their work was high quality and timely. Definitely planning to hire them again.
My in-laws purchased an income property in Mimico and asked me (someone with landlord experience) to get to ready to be tenanted. I hired the Home Improvement Group to install a shower door, a stove range hood, 4 fire doors as well as do some dry-walling and minor carpentry fixes. Their workers were always on time in the morning and were very friendly and knowledgable. They did not run over-budget or over-time on any of the projects and all the work was of the highest quality. I am planning on using their services again in the future.
