My 5 year old LG dishwasher had some warning lights come on. It comes with a motor that is guaranteed for 10 years. Fix Appliance came in and diagnosed the problem in like 15 minutes (apparently very common sadly). Then dealt with LG, came back in 5 days after the part came in, and fixed in like and hour. No mess, no fuss. Just great service. PS - Really sucks without the dishwasher - what a pain in the butt. First world problems!!!

So I had all my windows and patio door replaced in my house about 4 years ago. Well the lock on the Patio door broke - these things happen I guess. Called up Magic windows, and with no questions had a guy there the very next day to update and replace the locking mechanism. Even better that the old one! Continued great service by the Magic Windows team - if your looking for new windows you won't be disappointed.
