The Convertible HVAC consultant was most helpful in getting the new furnace installed within two days as the 15 year old furnace quit and was beyond repair. The installers were excellent at completing a fine the job.

The installation scheduling was awkwardly handled and slow. But Stefan the installer was superb in completing quality work once scheduled. He and his co worker performed fine workmanship and were most pleasant to deal with.
