Work order # 508145 - Had a wonderful experience with my Tech David He. He was just excellent, friendly, efficient, prompt and careful with the household surroundings (even removing his shoes each time he entered the home). The firm was quite prompt in responding to my calls, and booked the service appointments very quickly! Telephone agents were also very courteous and customer focused. This firm is one I would highly recommend for your appliance repair needs.

Called for a fridge repair - the company responded immediately, with Tech dispatched that afternoon! Unheard of level of service. The tech - someone with 30+ years of experience in the trade - was professional, prompt and courteous while on site. Afterwards, there was an administrative error made on my account. Upon being advised on the error, Ester on behalf of Fix, took ownership of the issue, called to discuss it in detail with me, after which the issue was remedied without delay. I would definitely recommend this company and I would call upon them again without hesitation. Well done Team!

Was referred to KCL by GE - fridge was out for over a week and the warranty company was doing nothing to help......Les came out a day after getting the referral from GE (said they prioritize when Fridges are down), and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes, and corrected it with a part in his truck in another 15-20 minutes. I had previously been told it was a compressor problem that would cost $1600 to repair. He clearly knows his stuff having been working on GE for over 30 years. I would highly recommend Les and KCL if you have a similar problem that requires assistance.

We had been with an alarm co for over 15 years, dutifully paying an ever increasing monthly fee, and never receiving any sort "value added" advice or service. When we approached them about upgrading from our hard telephone line based system, we were unimpressed with their proposal: large up front costs, and not even an app-based solution....for that, would have to pay an even higher up front fee! We got the message, and began the search for a new security partner. CSP emerged as a wonderful alternative, with Heather being a very pleasant person to deal with, taking time to explain everything to my wife who had taken the lead on this issue for us, and then Rabah, the Installation Tech, who absolutely astounded us with his professionalism and thoroughness. Rare is it that one has an experience with an onsite technician where the person is knowledgable and incredibly generous with his/her knowledge and time in a way that makes one feel as though their business is truly valued; in fact, rare is it that techs even show up "onsite" anymore. This Canadian Company excels at being different by doing things the way we remember them being done, the way we want them to be done, and should be rewarded for doing so with our business. While we are brand new customers.....we would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a reputable, customer-focused, Canadian-based and Canadian-owned company for their home security needs.
