Alex was prompt with his response and came the same day to give a quote. They arrived on time the day of the job and worked very efficiently and finished the job on time and for the price quoted. I really like that Alex was honest and was not trying to up sell anything. I was very impressed by the work done and would absolutely recommend.

Encore is a top notch business. They are honest and stand by their warranty. The installations were excellent with lots of insulation around the windows and doors. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were not the cheapest or most expensive but well worth the money.
