I reached out to Sonny at Toronto Comfort Zone after purchasing an electric unit and then getting stuck not knowing where to go from there. I wanted to create a new fireplace from scratch that looked like it could have been original to my 1920s house, and had then been wrapped in an updated mantel. No problem for Sonny and his team. Within a few days we received drawings and then we were off to the races. Throughout the entire process Sonny was so responsive, efficient, and receptive to all questions and asks. His team was wonderful to work with. Luigi managed the install and I was so appreciative of his keen attention to detail to make sure the final product was exactly what we were looking for. Can't thank them enough and couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a new home and contacted Protection Plus for a consultation. Brian was able to meet with us the day we closed to take us through our options and recommendations for the house. He was so helpful and responsive throughout the process and with his support we had our locks rekeyed and alarm system set up within a week. John and Ciaran were both very efficient, helping us get our locks and alarm set up in no time, and patiently explaining how to operate the software. Thanks to the team at Protection Plus the process of moving into a new home has been made that much easier.
