My apologies for the delay in writing this review. My daughter who lives nearby, urgently required a new A/C and I was charged with the task of finding a suitable replacement at the best price possible. Convertible was first on my list of companies to call as I believe the company installed my A/C 22 years ago when our home was originally constructed. I have seen Convertible's many ads and was impressed that this was a family owned and operated business for over 50 years! The phone was answered on the first ring by "Sam" who told me a bit about himself (semi-retired, engineer, etc.) and then proceeded to discuss the various makes and models of A/C's, the pro and cons of each and their respective prices. It was obvious Sam knew what he was talking about! We quickly decided on the most suitable option and Sam promised installation within 3 or 4 days. The installation guys couldn't have been more friendly and professional and the job was completed in less than three hours with everything cleaned up perfectly at the end of the job. Would you believe that "Sam" was Sandy Amodeo, the founder and President of the company. Thanks Sam for all your help and for a job well done as promised it would be! Barry Meredith

We recently showed up at Mirror Interior's on Bristol Circle and were immediately greeted by Dan in sales. We were looking for a new glass shower door for our ensuite bathroom. Dan was very pleasant and knowledgeable and soon gave us a satisfactory quote for what we required. Dan explained the timelines for the job which were satisfactory. The installers arrived on schedule to do some measurements and returned yesterday with the door as sheduled for the install. The installers were most efficient and friendly and the install was completed within an hour. The door looks beautiful which along with a couple of other enhancements to the bathroom, has turned a rather drab room into a "spa". Many thanks to all the staff at Mirror Interiors. Jean and Barry

Courteous telephone service upon first contact. The technician, Viktor, arrived as scheduled on a bitterly cold New's Eve day and quickly diagnosed the problem. A part had to be ordered and within a few days, Viktor returned and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. Viktor was most courteous and efficient especially having to work in a frigid garage on New Year's Eve! Barry

We were on the verge of completing arrangements with another retailer and decided to visit Speers Flooring for a look at their products. We were immediately greeted by Sales Associate, Michelle Callaghan who provided us with excellent product knowledge in a friendly and non-aggressive manner. Michelle gave us a "ball park" quote which was a considerable improvement over the quote from the other retailer. Measurements and quote were finalized by Vinc Ricci (Owner/Manager). We picked a "Torley's" laminate product which was priced very competitively. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our new floor which was completed last week. Installation by Derek and his son was most professional. They are proud and skilled tradesmen! It was a pleasure having them in our home! In conclusion, our experience with Speers Flooring in every expect, (employees, service & products) was absolutely professional and first class!
