We called Temp-A-Sure for a gas range replacement and the installation of a gas shut off valve by the range. Len was very prompt and professional in returning calls and in our communication, was able to fit us in quickly, and worked fast. Highly recommend

We have an 80-100 year old East York home that had needed new windows for a few years now. We got a new sliding door and all new windows (casement) for the first and second floor of the house, and are thrilled with the results! The installers were very knowledgeable and helpful, and the customer service was outstanding. We had a minor concern about one of the windows, but it was resolved quickly and professionally. We would definitely recommend Casa Bella Windows!

In a stressful time, Waheed was just the kind, warm voice of reassurance that we needed. We called twice: once when the first bites happened, and again (several weeks later) when they happened again -- at 5:30am. We expected to leave a voice message, but Waheed answered in person, and called us back 30 minutes later to book an appointment. The service was professional (there was almost no evidence of the spray), as was Waheed, though he also had a neighbourly warmth about him that we greatly appreciated. He offered a lot of helpful advice for preventing any future possible problems, and although we certainly hope not to have this problem again, we wouldn't think twice about calling Pesticon again. Highly recommended.

When we found out we had mold in our basement, we were in total shock. We called several companies that rated well on HomeStars and found out Accu-Star didn't remove mold, but did air testing to determine if there were elevated mold levels in the area. Since we definitely knew there was mold in the basement (you could smell/see it), we went ahead with the mold removal but later called Accu-Star to verify that the mold was in fact gone. In total, I called Nev at Accu-Star about 3-4 times for general information, and he was always really helpful, informative and accommodating -- even when we didn't think we would be using their services (prior to the mold removal). He managed to work around our schedules and went out of his way and worked after hours to make sure that we got the report as soon as it was available. I hope not to have this problem again, but if we do, we would definitely use Accu-Star again. Highly recommended.

We wanted to install a bathroom fan in our older home (85+ years) last fall, but when we had roofers come to quote the job, it was pretty clear that we would have to remove the 4-5 existing roof layers and start over to avoid any problems down the road. Mega City was competitively priced, professional, and Tom was very reassuring. We were worried that the force of removing our old roof might disturb our plaster ceilings, but everything remained intact and Mega City did a great job of cleaning up after they were done. The flat portion of our roof (just over half of our semi-detached house) was replaced in one day. In the spring of this year, we found a roof vent on our deck and Tom came by the following day to check our roof. The vent ended up coming from a neighbouring roof, but we were happy with the follow-up service after the work was done. Definitely a positive experience.

We were shocked to find out we had lead service leading into the house, but after getting several quotes from Homestars companies, we were most impressed with Express Router. Jason was very helpful, the rate was competitive, and the work was done on time. We would definitely recommend Express Router to anyone.
