We have battled with moss on our roof for 20 years. It's now 4 months since Quality One came and cleaned and treated the roof and it still looks immaculate. I had reservations about the bleach and my plants, but they hosed everything down and I've had absolutely no problems. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys - super friendly, hard working staff and great support from Mike.

We purchased new windows for an old farmhouse. The father and son who installed these were great at dealing with some unexpected rot once we removed the old ones. The windows themselves have made a huge difference in the heating bills.

We had friends near Radium Hot Springs who loved their unit so we purchased one last year for a farm we are renovating. It is wonderful! We decided to pick it up ourselves and met the owners who were super helpful. It took just over 4 hours from unloading it to have it all set up and filled with water. The time taken to heat the water depends on the weather, so it does take a bit of forethought. On weekends, it's pretty much in use every night.

After visiting six or seven fireplace stores I found R.E. MacDonald. They have an amazing selection and the staff were fun as well as knowledgeable. I had originally wanted a wood burning insert but after inspecting my chimney we had to settle for a gas one. The staff were great at helping me find one that was a good compromise. The installers were also very professional and went above and beyond to help us drill a hole for the wiring that had been forgotten during the rest of our renovation.
