Excellent service.Roberto was prompt,friendly and knew what to do immediately upon testing the door.He also gave me pointers on the maintenance needed to keep the system happy. I will highly recommend Dodds.

We were involved in a project of six townhomes built by Balder Homes. JD Design was hired to work with the buyers to custom each individual home.I was impressed with their different designs, their presentation, and their client interaction. We also used Judy, Vlad, and Maria to redesign our feature fireplace wall when our gas fireplace needed to be replaced.That project was @ $20,000.Maria had several ideas, Vlad helped us save time and money and we are very pleased with our new setup.

Wow we are in shock with their service. We had them do a fireplace surround in quartz at @ $2200. Their website states and we were told quartz is resilient to heat Everything went well until the surround cracked from each corner shortly after it was installed.. Here is their answer from Christian | Executive Account Manager...I can remake the fireplace for you but It will be charged. It was not cracked or damaged of any sort when it was originally installed. The damaged occurred sometime after. If you would like the new one to be made it will be charged. The price for the new piece will be $1485.00 it can be done in one piece and it shouldn’t be cracking unless there is a lot of heat coming out of the fireplace. When we ordered it there was no problem with heat on the Quartz according to Christian. They knew exactly where it was going. We noticed the cracks when cleaning the quartz shortly after installation, I phoned Christian and was told no problem with replacement and to call after back from a holiday. Now he says no. Be very aware of these suppliers. They do not stand behind their product.

We had so much trouble with our wi-fi. Mike fixed it and we have not had a single problem since. We also had him install Apple Tv. Excellent job. He really knows his trade and we recommend him to everyone.

We heard about Tony from a friend and have referred him to clients and friends , as we were very impressed with the quality of work,the advise on different projects,his cleaning up after his work,his polite crew,his reasonable price...Carver I liked the after sale service and pleasant demeanor, we wouldn't use anyone else.
