I have used other cleaning services over the years and De Home is one of the best. Cassia and Helena arrived on time and we're both very pleasant. Helena cleaned my home and left it sparkling! Very very pleased and will be using them again if not on a regular basis! Thank you Cassia and Helena!
I was very disapponted in the quality of work as well as the customer service. Upon arrival at my home, the crew proceeded to climb on top of my neighbours roof without permission. When I asked them to get off of it, as it was not my home..they ignored my requests...continued to have lunch on her roof and spilled coke all over it. They did not cap off the eaves which filled with roofing debris. I had flooding onto my neighbours roof and althogh I called Javier 7 times for a period of two months I was rudely ignored. On several occasions, the woman handling his calls hung up on me. Finally, when they came..it was november and I had to help the worker melt the ice in the eaves so he could remove the debris. They also failed to replace the screws in my skylights which caused leakage. He explained what happened by telling me that some of the crew were young and inexperienced!!! I never got an apology or a phone call from Javier through out the whole issue. I would never recommend them. Very unprofessional, poor quality and followup.
I was referred to Robert by another contractor who spoke very highly of Robert. Robert was prompt in returning my call. When he came to give an estimate I found him to be professional and very honest. He did not "oversell" me and recommended the best product but not the most expensive product for the job. When he came to replace the skylights him and his crew were fast and efficient. Robert took the time to show me and explain the issues so I would clearly understand what the problems were. I have had the skylights in for two months now and even through the heaviest of rains they have not leaked and look great! My only regret is that I did not use him to replace my roof last year!

I was very impressed with Hassan as he was knowledgeable and made recommendations to achieve the best result. He was punctual and completed the job in the time he estimated. I had a small minor problem a couple of days later and Hassan came back immediately and resolved the issue.
