When my roof started leaking in May I started to research four companies and invited them for estimates. Their prices ranged from 7k to 11k. One rep was an hour late and didn't call to let me know and so was eliminated. Of the three remaining ,Titan's Shawn Lowe was the most knowledgeable. I had done my own research beforehand and knew exactly what I wanted and he knew what the best ice dam was , how many feet it should be and how many additional vents I would require. I had researched the shingles and decided on the Landmark series by Certainteed in the Cobblestone colour and the eavestroughs in a complementary colour.. Shawn knew his shingles and the problems some of the brands were facing..
When the roofers finally came in July I was pleasantly surprised by their competence and work ethic. The roof was completed in a day. The crew cleaned up thoroughly and no nails or debris were left behind.
The eavestrough installers came about a week later and were very competent and dedicated. They must have been because it was the hottest day in decades. The installation was done beautifully and looks great. The cleanup was also excellent. I have gotten compliments on the shingles and eavestroughing and am really happy with the work done and my decision to hire Titans. I would certainly recommend them without hesitation. Shawn is such a dedicated pro and really strives to keep his customers happy.
