The guys did a great job building the low profile platform I envisioned for my shed and quickly assembling a large Keter plastic shed kit I had previously purchased. As this is what they specialize in they were quick and efficient.

Great service from Bujar. He was quick to respond and able to accommodate my last minute job request in a timely and professional manner. Did a great job explaining what he was doing and thoroughly cleaning ducts, dryer vent and bathroom exhaust fans. Took care to ensure no damage to freshly painted walls and protecting the floors from his equipment. Will be recommending to others and calling him again in 3-5 years to repeat the job. Thank you!

Overall very happy with the service provided by Vitaliy and Master Drain. I like that his cell phone number is the main number for the company and he always answers when you call. He was very prompt to meet me to provide an estimate and follow up with a time to complete the job. His crew worked quickly and efficiently, however they spoke limited english which meant I had to ensure all communication was through Vitaly (who wasn't on site for the actual work). I should have taken off one star for recommendation due to some confusion around a promotion through his website. In the end it was resolved but I recommend double checking any promotions directly with Vitaly before proceeding with any work. I would definitely use Master Drain again for future work.

Derek was great to deal with. He was on time (arrived at the beginning of the stated appointment window), friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do. On his initial visit he installed a one-way door to let the squirrels exit the attic but not get back in. They followed up about a week later to remove the one way door and seal the entry point. Much more competitive pricing than some of the other companies I called. Would definitely call them again in the future, although I hope not to need their services! Hoping to not have to take advantage of their 1 year guarantee either.
