    Windows

    We replaced 80% of the windows in our home, and from the first appointment with the rep to the installation crew, we were impressed. Very knowledgeable with their product, installers were efficient and cleaned up as they went along.

    Fabulous

    Installers were on time but 1 short. They did a very professional job and kept me informed as they proceeded. They had to enlarge a space and remove bricks and cinder block to put in a bay window. It took an extra day but was well worth it. Cleaned up after. Would recommend and will definately use them in the future.

    windows

    I was very skeptical at first to just go with Brock windows to do the job since they are so many windows companies out there; and I wanted to interview a few of them, however my wife convince me that Brock windows was the way to go since she knew Chris Hiller personally. Chris was helpful and very courteous. The Contractors were very pleasant and helpful. My special thanks for the Contractors for a wonderful job and Steavi Potter who follow up to make sure everything was completed as planned. In all we are very pleased with the job well done.

    Fantastic new windows in the Woods

    Our new windows look fantastic! The great quality of the windows is evident. The installers were wonderful, leaving everything very tidy. Brock Windows followed up the next day to ensure that everything was done well. They also did all the paper work for the Green rebate. Great job! Thanks!

    Window Replacement

    Our experience with Brock was fantastic from beginning to end. From sales to service to install, all the employees we dealt with were professional and knowledgeable. We had a 4 man crew for 2 days renovating and installing windows and trim work. Our windows are gorgeous and the team that did the trim work even made the window more appealing.     Windows and patio doors

    We replaced 11 windows and 2 patio doors. Liked quoter Brian Wolf who explained our options very well and suggested a retrofit for the 11th window which was not covered under the government rebate plan. They came when they said and did the installation in one day. Installers were neat and polite, and went about their work in an orderly and efficient manner with as little disruption to us as possible. I highly recommend this company

    patio door and bathroom window

    My bathroom window cracked in the winter of 2017 with the cold winter we had, Brook windows replaced the window with a energy efficiency window and an energy efficiency, the men who did the work were outstanding in the job they did.

    8 windows replaced

    From the beginning to completion ,starting with Sales rep Scott Who was very knowledgeable in helping us choose our 8 windows including large front bay window. The inside customer service team ,and installers were just AWSOME Stephon and Andrew did a great job neat and clean. We will have no problem recommending BROCK WINDOWS to anybody. If you deal with BROCK IT'S SOLID AS A ROCK!! Garry BURLINGTON ONT.

    Two Exterior Doors

    I had Brock install two exterior doors, one the front door of my house, and the other a door onto a balcony from a second storey bedroom. From start to finish, the experience with Brock was great. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and let us know about all of our options. They booked an installation date that was within the timeframe the salesperson said, and the install went off without a hitch. The installers were polite, tidy and efficient. They asked questions when they needed to, and were happy to answer all of mine. They did a very clean and professional job, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.

    Window replacement

    From the quotation stage through completion, I felt confident that the company could complete the job without hesitation. The 3rd storey was the second most difficult according to the installers but they made it look like they did it daily. They also went above and beyond the requirements by seeing a potential problem and installing with adjustments to ensure this water problem would not happen. Being on Lake Ontario can result in some very harsh driving rains. The cleanup was fast and thorough and didn't look like they were there at all. I'm very pleased and impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of this team from Brock Windows and will use them again.
