    Windows

    The crew of George and Dylan were very professional they took great care installing my windows walked me through after the job was completed great service already recommended to a friend

    Project success!!!

    I decided to go with Brock for the installation of five windows after going to their showroom in Scarborough, I had not made a previous appointment and was greeted very promptly by a Sales person , Christopher Torres. I had brought with me approx. sizes and I was given various options and was impressed with his salesman ship and decided to do it. I have to say, the team that did the install did an amazing job from top to finish, very talented crew and very courteous, and did a major clean up upon completion and took me through to inspect and show me how to operate the windows. I was more than satisfied at the end of the job and will not hesitate to recommend Brock to friends and neighbors. Keep up the great work.

    New Windows throughout house

    Installers arrived and installed windows. On time and able to finish in one day. They cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and used drop sheets. Office was hard to reach at times, order was cancelled in error and had to be rebooked. Installation was delayed and not as per contract. We did not receive compensation for there error. Overall, we are happy with the windows and the installation.

    replace windows

    I had put off doing my windows for years. Finally I decided to get it done. I had several quotes and decided to go with Brock windows. They were fast and friendly. They gave me a tentative time frame and actually got it done earlier. They guys who came out to install were great.. prompt polite and patient. I am very pleased with my windows and would recommend Brock windows and doors.

    Front doors.

    Thanks so much to Shane and Vince from Brock doors, and the rest of the team! This project was a bit nerve wracking for us. Front main doors can be quite a job if not done professionally! We have no concerns at all. From start to finish this was smooth, the guys were punctual, and have a great work ethic and are excellent with cleanup! Nice attention to detail! Thanks again!

    Second Floor Windows

    Great customer service from the moment we ordered the windows. The only down side is the length of time it took for the windows to come in once they were ordered. Installers were very professional, left the area clean.

    Window installation

    We've been in our home since 1992 and it was definitely time to replace the windows! We had visited the home of a friend who had recently dealt with Sandy at Brock and highly recommended the company. Sandy promptly responded to our call, was very easy to talk to, and explained the process thoroughly. On June 14th an employee came to take measurements and we could not believe how quickly he completed the task. We were told to expect a call in 4 - 6 weeks time to arrange for an installation date and I must admit we had to take follow up action as that deadline came and went without any calls. Understandably though with recent changes regarding the green rebates all window companies were probably overwhelmed with callers. Finally though our lovely new windows were installed on July 26th by Harry and his crew who did an absolutely fantastic job. What we initially expected to be a two-day job was completed in one day as the six-man crew were very quick, thorough and cleaned up all the debris. All in all we were totally thrilled with the job and look forward to enjoying our beautiful windows for many years to come!

    OK on Sales but Delivery is a Nightmare! Don't use Brock Windows

    Ordered an Exterior Door with two Side windows. No issue on the sale portion that advised of a mid to late July installation. I was advised by Brock that the Order had come in however the two side windows were excluded so a rebuild was required. Rebuild finished and I asked to go view the product and if ok we could proceed with the install next day. Viewed product and it was ok to my standards and I was ready to install as agreed August 11th however Brock advised no installation on record. All this plus I am the person making all the phone calls into Brock not them calling me. Sales part ok however getting delivery beyond your deposit is a nightmare. Contacted the President and he did not even return my emails. Don't use Brock Windows and Doors. I have also put a complaint into the Better Business Bureau.

    AMAZING JOB!

    Words can not express our gratitude to Brock doors and windows! THANK YOU!! WE love our windows and doors. Adam and his crew did a fantastic job! Our home was a tricky one as it had a large bay window along with 10 windows and a large door that we replaced. Every single door and window was done with such patience and precision. Highly recommend and we will continue to refer Brock Windows to all out family and friends!

    New Front & Back doors/windows installed

    Brock Doors & Windows are recommend by one of friends. We had front and back doors /window renovation. They done excellent job with care during approx. two days.
