    3 windows in bedroom and one in livingroom

    I was very happy with all aspects of the windows: Installers, were on time, very neat and clean, very friendly. Windows: They removed all the old windows and frames. There was mold under the old windows, when they removed them. The new windows are excellent. Highly recommend.

    New Windows for my home

    Brock is an excellent company to deal with. They are organized, they answer the phone (and return voice mails quickly). They are also happy to communicate over email (which is always my preference). We took advantage of the GreenOn Government rebate and Brock did all the paperwork and submitted the application for me. The installers were on time, clean, and clearly experts in their trade. They added new interior trim around all the windows. About 4 years ago we had the front door replaced, and I ordered a "replacement door" trying to avoid the cost of going back to brick. They custom ordered the door to fit exactly, and installed it perfectly, but I didn't like it! Brock was wonderful and they credited me the entire cost against a new door. After service like that, I knew I would go back to them for windows.

    Window & door replacement

    We had 18 windows & a patio door replaced by Brock windows they we great from the sales team to installation & follow up . They were so helpful & courteous in everything that they done for us. We will use Brock for any further renovation projects in the future

    Replaced all 17 windows!

    Wow. This project has been the best experience I have ever had with contractors. Right from the beginning we had Brian, the estimator, out to our house a couple times to talk about what we wanted to have done. He was a pleasure to deal with. They booked the job about a month in advanced and told me when they would be coming and they came EXACTLY when they said they would. The job took 3 days and the installed stayed late each day to make sure it was done and ready for the next day. They walked around with me each day to make sure I was happy with everything before they left, and answered all my questions right away. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Amazing job!!

    New Windows and Patio door.

    We had Brian come out and give us a quote..he was very helpful in assisting us and making recommendations on which windows to get and casement windows ..He answered all our question and concerns promptly. We had our measurements done and installation date was scheduled without any issues. On the day of installation Russel and his crew (Dillon and George) arrived on time. They were very efficient in removing existing windows and installing new windows and Patio door. George went out of his way and returned on a weekend to complete the trimmings when he did not have enough material to complete the last 2 windows and was very thorough and helpful.. In all a very pleasant experience in dealing with Brock Doors and Windows.

    Windows

    I liked that they had a wide selection of different styles to choose from and that the service was professional and courteous. The installation crew were punctual and did a thorough job with the clean up after a long day's work.

    3 new windows

    I had heard good things about Brock Windows and now I know why. From my initial contact with the sales staff Steve Frame who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, straight through to the courteous and efficient installation by Chase and Darryl. They did a fabulous job and left the house spotless. I would highly recommend Brock Windows to anyone looking for quality windows.

    Replaced some 30 year old windows

    I had 2 sliding glass doors, a dining room window and the window over the kitchen sink that needed replacing. I met with 3 companies before deciding to work with Brock Doors & Windows. I was impressed with the sales person from Brock over the other two companies. The professionalism of the installers was impressive and I now have 4 new beautiful windows in my home.

    windows and patio door replacement

    I was impressed by the quality of the windows and the patio door and most of all the workmanship; their picking up of debris and cleanup effort was the icing on the cake. The installation team was absolutely dedicated, friendly and experienced and they kept up with pace despite interruption by a brief rainstorm in the first morning. Brock management team was also very responsive to my questions at the start of the installation. That was the comfort factor most, if not all customers need at such a crucial period.

    Replacement window

    I have used Brock windows twice in the past two years. Both times they provided good customer service and excellent installation. Their installers did no show me on our first scheduled installation date/time (most recent job). But I would still use & recommend Brock. Overall they do a great job.
