    windows install

    Highly recommend! Had 6 sets of windows installed. Very professional, timely, very courteous and clean. Phil was excellent in setting up our install and recommending the right sets to get. Gino and his crew were very efficient in their installations. I had used them previously a few years ago on our front windows and their expertise and service remain the same as the past.

    Windows

    I decided to go with Brock due to the fact they came out very quickly to give me a competitive quote even during the GreenOn rebates and they install North Star windows which come with a great warranty. They installed the windows last week and they did a great job. They placed blankets and vacuum everything before they leave.

    Den Pario Door

    I had a wonderful experience with Brock. My sales rep. Tony Aguiar was excellent plus the door came on time. Their office called to set up an installation date and were so nice. My installer took his time and the installation was really great. No mess at all. I would highly recommend them.

    Garage door replacement

    Brock Doors/Windows did an impressive job replacing our garage door. The team arrived ahead of schedule, carried out the work swiftly and efficiently. It was a delight to see. TY

    Front Door and Storm Door

    After extensive research, we elected to go with Brock Windows and Doors (Scarborough), largely due to the storm door they sell. We ordered our door in late summer 2016 with it being installed late fall. The door/storm install seemed to go smoothly; however, after review, we noticed that the installers damaged our roof overhang (soffit). We brought this to Brock's attention along with other issues involving the Storm Door. The door was damaged shortly after install during heaving wind. We noticed the storm door chain was not installed after the fact. To their credit, they stepped up and replaced the storm door and fixed all Soffit damage. Eight months later, the storm door handle kept falling off and could not be attached. Again, this was replaced under warranty. Just after the one year warranty expired, one of the storm door latches broke (the latch you engage to allow window screen to be opened). I am still waiting on Brock to determine if this can be fixed. The net of my story, love the door, absolutely hate the storm door. I can't believe a latch would break after 14 months.

    Window replacement

    Brock did a great job on our window replacement! They showed up on time, replaced the window and cleaned up after themselves! What more can I ask for? They were polite and showed me their work when they were done. Great job Brock!!

    Window replacement

    Dealing with Brock Windows was a great experience, from the initial meeting, quote, scheduling, installation, and follow up. I am happy with the final product and I would highly recommend Brock Windows.

    Window replacements

    When our home got broken into last November I started researching window companies ... Brock Doors and Windows stood out to me based on their customer reviews. I called to get a quote and was pleasantly surprised with Matthew ... he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all a true professional. Based on our conversation I knew I was in good hands. The job was done when promised and to the best quality workmanship. I am so happy I decided to go with Brock Windows and Doors ... (so much so that we decided to do replace an additional 5 windows ?). Thank you to Matthew and the entire team at Brock Doors and Windows.

    Brock Windows - 5 Window Install

    We hired Brock Windows to install 5 new windows at our home. Our house is 45 years old and they had never been replaced so this was a much needed reno. We found Brock to be reasonably priced and very professional. They provided a detailed quote and answered all our questions. They even followed up with us after the job had been completed to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. This was the best home renovation we've ever had done at our home. We highly recommend Brock Windows & Doors.

    Great quality windows

    Our original price for 12 windows was $20,000, with Brock Windows sale it was reduced to $9,000, and then with the government rebate it was $9,000. We are very please with the windows, they are triple glazed and come with a lifetime warranty which is transferable if we sell our home. Professional installation, completed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Brock Windows.
