I have had the displeasure of using them to replace all of the windows in my entire home and handle a cut out and patio door replacement for a $26,000 contract. This has been a complete nightmare and here we are 6 months later and they still cannot get their act together.
From November 2017 until now and 7 ocassions where they have come out to fix the problem once and for all and each time the problem simply gets worse, screwed up even further, or simply not completed or nothing done.
I am in complete shock and disbelief that any company, especially one of this size, cannot get simple parts, organize their crews, or have any sort of understood communication between their departments and simply have no regard for their clients time or schedules. I am currently waiting to see what todays resolve will be, or to see if I will be hearing what I've heard for the last 6 months, which is yet another date that it will supposedly be done.

Occassion #8 today where the final fix is to be done and yet again, no show from the installers and no parts to complete and fix the job. The reality is that the parts are only needed for 1 part of the job but they do have everything they need to complete the rest. No reason they couldn't be here to do everything else but of course....no show again!
Now in contact with Natalie who sounds to finally be someone who is going to take charge and make things happen for tomorrow......let's see. I'm hoping she can pull this off once and for all since the numerous amount of people I have spoken with at Brock over the last 6 months have been completely incompetent and unable to do anything right.
