    Five new windows

    House is 45 years old. Windows had never been replaced. Obtained several quotes and felt that Brock was the most professional and reasonably priced. Contacted Brock and received a very detailed quote - better than any others received. Installers were extremely professional and did a terrific job - exactly as we had hoped for.

    Windows and doors replacement

    My wife and I are extremely happy with our experience with Brock Doors and Windows. From our initial meeting with our sales rep it was obvious that he was a subject matter expert in his product. The installation team was a pleasure to deal with. Their work ethic exhibited a “no problem “ attitude and the job was completed efficiently and professionally. Cleanup was immediate and disruption to our daily routines was minimal. I would definitely recommend everyone to explore Brock Doors and Windows as a supplier on any renovation project

    18 Windows

    Brock windows came in and installed 12 windows with my first order, with a small problem with the sizing for one of the windows that was rectified with the 2nd installation. The 2nd order of 6 windows were installed without a hitch. Thanks to Stefan and Andrew that did an amazing job in installation and their professionalism. Thanks to Philip who worked with me and my budget. Would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in great product at a good price.

    All windows (12) replacement

    From beginning to end, Brock Windows has impressed us. The sales rep was knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. We were surprised by how soon they were able to schedule the work to be done. The contractor that came to measure was professional and happy to answer any questions we had. When returning, the crew were professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. The job was completed in 2 days, despite their being 12 windows to replace, including building a new bay window. We are VERY happy with the finished project and will definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.

    window installation

    recently had Brock windows come in and install 8 new front window in my home. great service from the verify beginning starting with the sales rep. to customer service advising when product would be ready to install. to the installation team that did an amazing job in installation and in keeping my house spotless. would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in great product at a good price.

    8 Windows Completed

    Very professional and efficient from start to finish. Quote was very competative. Installers were fast and clean. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone requiring work on their windows.

    Doors

    Chase and Darrell did an excellent job of installing two exterior doors. They arrived when promised, were very professional, installation was perfect and everything was left clean. They have now replaced every window and exterior door in our house. Would highly recommend Brock and especially Chase and his helper.

    Replacement of windows

    The sales and service were all very knowledgeable and kept us up to date on the dates of installation. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after the work was done. Very pleased with the work.

    Service is a Foreign concept.

    Windows and doors are very good quality. The installer was very good. The Scarborough show room is excellent. Good advise and help there. Customer service from head office is really POOR. Original install was not started as agreed for some reason. Cant remember why. It started 3 months later. You will never get a call to check on your job satisfaction. You will need to chase them and leave messages and wait for unacceptable periods for returned calls and service calls. I had front door seal making a loud noise when closing. I knew there would be a problem as I was not able to be there for the service. Not fixed well. No call to confirm that I was satisfied with the fix. I will have to call yet again and maybe in 4-6 weeks we'll finally get this fixed. Its been a year since original install. I have $3000. - $6000. more work to be done and will NOT use Brock as they clearly dont care to earn the business through customer service and following up.

    15 windows and doors

    We went to brock windows and doors for the price, we paid for double windows and doors but we got a free up grade to triple windows and doors for the price of double. It was a two day job, good customer service, quick and clean. Very good professionall work and they took all the garbage when they finished installing all the windows and doors.
