    Entrance Window

    I requested quotes from several companies for a broken window in the entrance of my house. I ended up picking up Brocks based on the good reviews I was able to find online. The sales rep was punctual and very knowledgeable, the whole process took exactly as long as he estimated. We had the window installed in March, and again, no complaints. The installers were on time, performed the job quickly y cleaned after themselves. Even though this time was a small job I would not hesitate to contact Brocks in the future whenever the need arises.

    Windows Project

    BROCK DOORS & WINDOWS! Remodeled to replace a windows wall to wall. The professionalism of this company is amazing. Attention to detail to insure a perfect installation. Besides the high skilled crew, what impressed me is that not that many people have a real passion and go way beyond a "paid" job. Beyond that the honesty and integrity is overwhelming. While I have been remodeling my home I have gone thru so many trying to take advantage, working with Brock has been a very refreshing experience... Thank you for my new home, it's a difference place!     Replace all home windows

    Wow. I cannot believe a company that is supposedly reputable and has been in business this long can botch up a job like this and provide such abysmal customer service. Shame on me for choosing Brock windows over their competitors as I trusted and believed they were up for the job. I booked with them in Nov 2017 to replace all the windows in my house and it has been nothing short of a nightmare dealing with them since. It is now mid-April 2018 and the job still is not done. After I paid the deposit I had to call them numerous times just to find out when my windows would arrive. There has never been any followup or response from both the sales person I dealt with nor the project co-ordinator whenever I had questions or needed to know when the installation would happen. We had numerous delays with no updates or communication from any of their staff and finally had to deal with the customer service manager. When it was finally scheduled for February, I found out when they were installing the windows that my ensuite and kitchen windows were manufactured incorrectly and would need to be replaced yet again. The installers came back in early April and AGAIN the kitchen window was manufactured incorrectly in spite of how clear the specs were on the work order! Now I have problems with the window screens not fitting properly on the ensuite and kitchen windows and a missing screen on the family room window. To date I am still waiting for the manager to get back to me on a resolution and again they have not followed up when they said they would. Inexcusably bad customer service! For anyone looking to replace windows I would say pass on this company. Think maybe Brock windows needs to spend less on advertising their promos in the paper and more on providing good customer service.

    Replaced 6 windows, patio door & front door

    From the start the first visit to the showroom was great! staff were friendly and informative without being pushy. Sales staff Rob was very helpful in helping us make a decision with no hard sale tactic. We do have California shutters that we expressed concern regarding reinstallation and we choose windows almost identical to the original to work with the shutter design we have. This is my only concern rather than complaint. I do think that sales staff should be more upfront about the likely hood of the shutters not fitting well after window installation as it would have given us more design options. We are getting new shutters now so not such a big deal. Excellent after sale service from Tasha regarding the rebate. The biggest praise goes to the installers Stefan and Andrew. They were prompt, efficient and willing to please. I am picky so they were kept on their toes. A great job and happy to come back for a little extra attention to detail.     Got my Windows done by Brock

    The Good: Everything was generally good. 1. Their windows product is great. I love the windows based on how they are AND they are highly reviewed. 2. Friendly phone people 3. Competitive pricing 4. I am working with Tasha on the Green Ontario rebate which is complicated because of the timing of the rebate but she has been excellent. I found them a generally good company to deal with BUT: Issues: 1. The sales person rescheduled once and when we had to go to a showroom to get a price. All other companies we got a quote from came to us to give us the price. It’s just inconvenient. 2. When we went to the showroom, the sales person was not available so we were supposed to see someone else. It took us 40 minutes to get someone’s attention to help us. The person who helped us was amazing but I had to drive 30 minutes and then wait 40. 3. Installer took measurements and then 4 days before install said the weather is not good and rescheduled the install. There was snow on the ground, maybe a cm but they are the ones who proposed the winter install to begin with. 4. Then upon approaching the second date, a few days before install I get a call that the installer is on vacation. So our installation was once again delayed. Finally, we got new installers. 5. New Installers (Danny and Troy) were amazing / fantastic BUT they told us that one window measurement was wrong so they will call us and install it in 2 weeks. No calls in 2 weeks so 3 weeks later I called myself to find out what’s up. Upon my call, they made an appointment and I got my final window plus touch ups in on the 4th Monday.

    Repair to Window

    Brock Windows replaced 22 Windows in our home. After 4 months one of the Windows trim started to pull away from the window. After sending pictures not once but twice, and calling several times no one from Brock has called come by to repair our window???

    Problems but made things right

    Updated: I had initially written an unfavourable review of Brock. I had requested some work to be done, and did not have the greatest experience with the initial installation. I complained, and eventually got the attention of the staff member in charge of Customer Experience (CE; title changed to protect her privacy). She was a breath of fresh air. The CE quickly rectified the outstanding issues using a crack team of installers. It's unfortunate that CE works inside the organization because I think she would make a fantastic outside sales person for Brock. She cares deeply about the reputation of Brock, and truly makes the customer feel as if their business is appreciated. My posted score on Homestar represents my entire experience from start to finish; however, if I just measured the work of Customer Experience's rep and the final installers, I would give Brock a 5/5 rating.

    Replaced all 19 windows in home and patio door

    Just had Brock replace all our 19 windows and a patio door. Everything from the initial meeting at the Brampton showroom to the in-home sales visit from Brian to the installation by Harry and crew was an excellent experience. The staff at the Showroom were knowledgeable and answered all our questions so that when Brian arrived we were already on board. However, Brian was very instrumental in selecting the final exterior colour and the configuration of the windows. Harry and crew replaced all of our 19 windows and a patio door. Harry, Jorge and Giovanni arrived on time, with drop clothes, smiles and with a great attitude. They worked quickly, efficiently and with skill. They accommodated our minor modifications with ease and created a finished product that has already had inquires from our neighbours. Needless to say, we are elated with the entire service team from Brock.

    New Doors Installed by Stefan and Andrew

    We just had our front and side doors replaced by installers Stefan and Andrew. They arrived on time, laid drop clothes everywhere required to protect the just completed renovations, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned the job site (and took garbage with them) at job completion. Both Stefan and Andrew were extremely engaging, took pride in their work, and were professional. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and I would recommend them highly!

    install doors and window

    Stephan did an excellent job of installing our new doors and windows. Very professional and very much an experienced professional. Job well done!! I'd highly recommend Stephan in regard to any future door and window installations.
