    Replacement of windows and patio doors

    Stefan and Andrew did an execellent job replacing windows and doors. There was a delay of 2 days but the work was completed as promised. The windows and doors are beautiful and so far no condensation.

    All good

    Replace all windows and garden doors installed. Product solid, installers did a great job. All good. Priced higher than competitors, but once you've done your window homework, I would suggest Northstar Windows & Pilkington glass worth the extra. Thank you

    Replaced All Windows on Home

    Hello, My wife and I had all our windows replaced by Brock over 4 years ago (Northstar). Last year, we had an issue with 1 window, forming condensation between the panes of glass and had it replaced. This year the same issue presented itself in another 3 windows, so we called up Brock and gave them the serial numbers to all 3 windows for a replacement order. When the windows arrived we received a call to set up a service date and at that time ,were informed there was going to be a service charge of $140.00. We were surprised to hear this, because we thought the life-time guarantee covered this issue, as it did the year before. We were informed that services charges apply after 5 years. Our sales rep Brian (who really like) never mentioned this important point. When I called Brock five weeks ago, to let them know we needed another 3 windows replaced, they also never mentioned the service charge until last week, when the windows arrived from the factory. Bronson, who works in the service department, said we had our windows installed late 2013, and since we are in 2018, that's 5 years. But the 5th year anniversary comes up later this year!? So how can we be passed the 5 year mark?!? My 42nd birthday is in November, but I'm not 42 yet......I will be. This means you can have had your windows installed December 31st 2013, and place a call for service January 1st 2018. You would be considered in your 5th year, when really it's 4 years and 1 day!!! Sound right? In summary we are disappointed for these reasons: 1. The quality of the windows seem poor. 4 windows have gone really bad, and another 2 seem like they are starting. I'm sure next winter we will have more. It's only been a few years! The old wood frame windows we had before took 25 years to form this issue. 2. Life time guarantee is not a full guarantee. The important service charges apply after 5 years, certainly was left out of the conversation. 3. No mention of a service charge when I called the service department to place the order! Seems odd to let customer know after the fact, weeks later when window arrives from factory. 4. Service charges apply after 5 years is not really 5 years! Like I mentioned above, it can be 4 years and 1 day. That is just terrible. Sorry Brock, we wish we didn't have to write this. We had people asking us, who did your windows, and I'm sorry to say I can't recommend the company after this. I think it's important for customers to see reviews a few years after installation, because apparently this is when the problems start. Thank-you Mark and Pauline

    Windows

    I purchased 3 windows for my home from Brock Windows at the end of January 2018, Our Fantastic sales man Andrew was very professional and loves what he does, lots of communication from the beginning which I loved. The Windows were installed at the Beginning of March, our installers Heather and Jeff were fantastic also, very clean, friendly and did a great job, the windows look awesome. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Was a pleasure dealing from Brock Windows right from the beginning, I will definitely be using Brock and Andrew again.

    Customer service

    I purchased doors from Brock Windows and Doors. Unfortunately there were delays on production where I wasn't notified about. I received a confirmation call 1 day prior to install date and then cancelled the day of. Finally, doors were installed (a month later than quoted) and to top it off, it was 2 toned doors. The panels didn't match. I called to complain and they made the sales manager come to take a look at them where he said he would call me the next day to discuss a discount. I received no phone call. 3weeks later, the correct panels were installed where the installer gave me the price and I wrote out the cheque. Now, customer service is calling for remainder of payment. I've requested several times to speak to the customer service manager and she has yet to call me, yet emailing me of late charges. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No communication within the company nor with customers. I would never recommend this company.

    Entry door and bay window

    Stefan and Andrew were great. Arrived when they said, did quality work. They identified an issue with the door and promised to fix. So for now I'm looking forward to seeing how Brock fixes the door, but satisfied with the quality of the installation. I'll post again when Brock replaces the door with an acceptable product.

    Full Home Window Replacement

    From sales to install my experience with Brock was a pleasant one. There was no pressure from sales, even with my many visits to the showroom and last minute colour choices before manufacturing. At no time was I pressured to sign anything, or commit until I was 100% satisfied. The installation team called weeks ahead of time to book the install, and were prompted and efficient on installation. They installed drop cloths throughout my house every morning, and cleaned up at the end of every day for the 3 day install (14 windows and 1 patio door). Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend Brock for windows and doors.

    Renovation Project

    We had 16 Windows and 2 patio doors replaced in December 2013. Great experience from start to finish. Installer Stephan and his team were excellent. He was pleasant , professional and provided the best solutions to any obstacles he encountered along the way. We were in the market for an entry door and in view of our past experience with Stephan we decided to return to Brock Doors and Windoows. In September 2017 We met with Michael who helped us select the best door for our home and had it installed today. We had a good experience with him and requested we have Stephan return to do our door as well. Stephan arrived and installed the door. We are very happy with experience with Brock Doors and Windows and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their doors and window. They also do garage doors.

    windows and doors

    Brock is a large company that is very busy, There have been a few issues so far that still need to be addressed. They were quite apologetic and tried their best to remedy but it has taken along time and a fewphone calls. The installers were amazing and did a great job. Unfortunately we are still waiting on some items that need to be replaced and its understandable that it takes time to make them. Hopefully everything will be completed soon. Communication between customer and office needs to be improved. Overall we are in limbo with a full review because we need to see what is going to happen and when.
