    Home front windows

    I couldn't be more satisfied. The sales man was very professional and personable. He thoroughly explained the options and did not try to pressure me into higher priced selections or doing more than my budget could afford at the time. The quotes came back very quickly and were very easy to understand. The gentleman who came to take the measurements and do the installation was equally professional and personable, as was his assistant. The work was tidy and the windows look great! By the way, the quotes were much better than companies with comparable services and an individual contractor. I'm very pleased.

    New front door and back sliding glass door

    Great service from visiting the showroom to the sales man coming and helping us with our selection to the installers putting our doors in. They were great, very helpful and the finished product is outstanding.

    New Double Doors & Side door Brock

    Brock Windows & Doors have a wide selection of product and the quality is outstanding. The installation crew was on time, efficient and professional. I highly recommend Brock Windows & Doors for exceptional products. I will be getting my windows done with them later in the fall.

    Windows and doors

    Original windows and doors from 1989 were replaced by Brock. They had the most competitive rate and time line. They provided great service and we are quite happy with them.

    New Windows for Master Bedroom

    We purchased two triple glazed krypton windows for our master bedroom. This was the second window purchase we made through Brock Doors and Windows. Given that our first experience was so positive, we had no hesitancy in going back to Brock Doors and Windows. We were pleased to have the same salesman, Mark and installer, Kumar. Once again our experience was excellent from the beginning of the process to the completion. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the windows and how they have enhanced the appearance of our home. We were happy with the install, thanks to the hard work, skill and experience of the installer.     Window Replacement

    Excellent and prompt customer and tech service...from the initial contact with Jennifer regarding my issue to the prompt and expert replacement by Nick. Would not hesitate to recommend Brock Windows to anyone who is looking for quality work!! Well done!

    All Windows, Patio Door and storm door

    Kevin the sales rep was helpful with suggestions and quotes for the work. Geno the installer and work crew were on time and very quick and efficient immediately advise when issues came up and worked to make it right

    Replacement of all windows

    We are very pleased with our new windows we purchased from Brock Windows and Doors. They are energy efficient, open and close easily and tip in for cleaning indoors. No more ladder outside. The installers, Mark and Chase were very professional. They arrived at the arranged time, set up quickly and got right to work. When they were done, they cleaned up and left our house in the same condition it was when they arrived, except for the new windows of course. The window casings they installed are much nicer than the ones they removed and Mark built an extended sill to replace the one I had built in the kitchen. My experience with Brock Windows could not have gone better. I certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

    New windows and exterior doors

    Had all the windows and exterior doors and two storm doors replaced, brick to brick replacement. Not a big house, so just 7 windows, 2 exterior doors and two storm doors. The windows and doors are amazing. The installation couple were wonderful. They did a great job. I have only a couple of issues with Brock. I had issues calling to find out when our windows and doors were finally going to be installed. Placed the order in mid May and never heard from them other than having the installer visit a few days after the order was placed to measure. No updates, nothing. In early August, called and left messages for two days and finally got a call back on the third day. It doesn't take much effort to return a call in my opinion, even if it's to say I'll have to call you back when I have an answer. The storm doors never made it for the initial two day installation. Even after I had confirmed when the office did call me back to give me the installation date that there were two storm doors included in this order. I had to call to find out where they were and they were installed a little over a week later. The colour difference between the storm doors and the other metal work and doors is noticeable. I was aware there was going to be a difference, and I'm fine with it. I just think that colour matching this day and age should be something that can and should be the norm. Then comes the payment. My husband tried calling the accounting department and left two messages neither of which was returned. Just wanted to find out if we could pay the bill on-line. Finally called the sales guy Brian, who of course did return the call. Thanks Brian!. Turns out you can't pay on-line, so we drove up there today to drop off the cheque. Not a biggie, but a company this size should allow on-line payments. Again, totally satisfied with the product, the great installation couple and the sales guy, but the office staff need a lesson on returning calls.

    Rear sliding door installation.

    Installation was on time, on budget, the installers were neat and professional. The door looks beautiful and functions very nicely. Would not hesitate to recommend Brock Windows and Doors to friends and family.
