    3 bedroom windows

    We had 3 large windows in our home replaced by Brock Doors & Windows. Dave Shepherd their salesperson was very knowledgeable, and friendly. He went out of his way to follow up on my behalf. The installers were excellent. They were friendly, quick and very efficient. After 3 days we noticed a crack in one of the windows, I contacted Dave and within a coulpe of days I was contacted by Brock Doors & Windows. The window (under warranty) was replaced within 3 weeks. I would recommend this company with no hesitation.

    Full House Window Installation

    Long story short, I wish I had chosen a different company to install our windows. The only area where we have not been disappointed so far is the actual windows themselves, which are made by NORTHSTAR. Our saga is still ongoing... We were sold our windows in October and the install took place in February. We were informed by the company that our sales rep had misinformed us when he said that we would get our windows in December or at the very latest "The first install in January". Apparently he had no way of knowing that. I fault myself for not knowing that you are not supposed to caulk in -6 degree weather....I fault the company for allowing it to go ahead and also in the dark. Yup. The installers were working into the night to finish the job and it really shows. We have to have the company come back as it turns out caulking freezes if installed at that temperature. When I called to ask about it, they told us we will have to wait another 3 weeks for it to "cure" before they can remove it and re-apply it. We obviously have to wait until it is warm enough anyway. Life lesson: Metal work (around the windows) done in the dark ends up bent and scratched. I won't go on about other the other things that may sound trivial if you weren't paying 13k (wouldn't you want the windows to at least be clean before being "finished"?) As I said, Northstar made windows are nice and we hope that Brock will make the job right but at this point I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere. I will follow this up once they "send a technician out to look at the job issues".

It is however mandatory to allow the caulking to cure before reapplication, we apologize that this has added delays to the completion of the project, but we must follow these guidelines as a preventive measure to ensure a smooth reapplication with little to no mess.     windows and door replacement

    We had our whole house done in 3 days. Kris and his father Alex were extremely efficient, thorough and friendly! They did a very professional job and I would highly recommend them! Well worth the investment! Loving our new windows and gorgeous front door! We also had Nick and his assistant Alex over shortly after our initial installation to switch out one of the windows from plain glass to frosted glass. They were in and out within 10 minutes! Again, very friendly and efficient service! This is a great company to do business with! Two thumbs up! Thank you so much for giving our home a fresh new look and making it more energy efficient!

    WINDOWS

    Brock insalled my windows after 12 weeks , but when I signed the agriment with the sales person he said up to 8 weeks. After they installed the wrong window and they said THEY WILL GIVE ME $500 DISCOUNT. The installers where very nice. Now they send me another invice with $500 to pay. This company does not tell the truth they don't stay behind what they said, I am very disappointed with that.

    front door

    We had a break-in and our beautiful front doorway installed by Brock 2 years ago was badly damaged. We convinced our insurance company that only Brock could fix it properly. Brock installed the same doorway and was able to reuse the beautiful glass which was not damaged, saving money for everyone. Brock has installed windows on 2 other occasions. We always return to Brock because of their quality workmanship. We have never been disappointed and would highly recommend them to others.

    Change all windows in our house

    We had a very good experience with Brock overall. The sales person did a great job recommending different options. We had two people coming to install and they were very Professional and did a great job. One of the Windows did not fit and they ordered a new one at their cost with no issues for us and came back at a later date to install. The finishing Inside and outside was done very well.

    Basement door and windows

    Crew here yesterday. Very professional. Place left spotless. Great job on the door . It wasnt a straight forward job. Would recommend to anyone. Arrived on time explained everything and answered all questions

    replace windows

    Windows and Patio door replacement

    Brock Doors and Windows Inc. replaced 3 upper level windows and one living room patio door window. Brock's Standard energy efficient windows are used. They were easy to work with from the first step right through installation. Communication was great and the final product looks good. After the installation, we did not feel any draft from those windows and the patio door. Noise reductions are better too. Thanks for the good job.
