    New Bedroom Window

    Brock did a great job. Very professional and completed a through clean-up. Went out of their way to keep our house clean. Window looks great and was installed properly. Were here for 2 hours

    Porch enclosure

    I was looking for a company to do my porch enclosure. I asked a few companies to come take a look but they said they could not do it. Then I came across Brock doors with a man called Erwin. He told me they don't usually do porch enclosures but he would come take a look. When he came he measured up the windows and doors and told me he could do the job. He said a date for the job to be done and they came on that date promptly. The installers did a great job and the finished product looks amazing. All the neighbors are complimenting on the way the house looks. Thanks again to Erwin and Brock doors for making my dream come true. They were there when nobody else was up to the task.

    Front Door

    Used before for windows. Salesperson knowledgeable and nice. Beautiful door/hardware. Custom requests handled well. Install perfect and great clean-up even though it was a cold Jan. day. Friend used themtoo and loved results. Can't say enough good things.

    Windows and doors

    Had all my windows and 2 doors replaced. It took them 3 days to do the job due to 2 of the windows installed wrong. Wrong storm door was ordered and installed. Customer service communication strongly lacking. Spoke with manager from the Brampton office would give a partial credit on storm door. Still waiting for credit since November. Will definitely not recommend company due to very poor customer service.

    Poor Quality Product and Horrible Customer Service Experience!

    The salesman had all sorts of promises which got us to sign the contract and that was the basis for many MANY issues. You will see with multiple reviews the issues are with promises not received. After the doors were installed incorrectly we found out the salesman does not get any training on the different products and the installers are simply subcontractors of the company. Not affiliated and therefore know nothing about other products besides the ones they are holding in their hands. We were told nothing would need to be painted but after the install we had cracks in the drywall where our doors had been ripped out unappologetically and the new doors put back in off to one side so there were huge unfinished gaps beside the frame. the high quality "custom frames" we were told we would get were cheap unfinished standard MDF garbage. We were supposed to receive a custom pocket door which was not installed at the same time as the other doors like Brock claims all things will be done at the same time. Instead the installers knew nothing about it and we got a call a week later from a random company saying they would be coming at this date and time (no options given) when they arrived they wanted to put a two inch frame all around the inside of the frame including the bottom on top of the frame already installed because the way the installers had put in the door there would be no way to "integrate". This is where we found out this other company had been trying for months to do a training session with Brock and they didn't care so they had never set anything up but were continuing to sell this poor companies products with false information and no communication on how to make it actually work. He was VERY frustrated with Brock and he's supposed to be working with them. In the end it took a full YEAR from the time the salesman came to the time we got the repairs done to our doors. and by repairs I mean we did them ourselves because we had cracks in our walls that couldn't be left and they weren't getting back to us and they showed up 9 months later to say they were here to look at it and "finalize" things. I told them we fixed it ourselves and to go away because my dog was going nuts and they proceeded to bang in nails that didn't need it and stand around the door talking for an hour. We've contacted the company multiple times trying to talk to our sales rep to receive a proper refund on the door not received and for the damage we had to fix ourselves and the hassle and terribly low quality product we received over all. We have never heard back from our rep. We got a few emails from a sales manager but still have not settled the issue. Don't be foolish. Don't throw away your money by using this hack job of a company!!

    Mable, due to lack of information pertaining to your project (i.e. Installers, Installation Coordinators & Sales Representatives- among other things) we cannot confirm or deny your claims. Yes you are correct, our installers are subcontractors, well trained in the field of window and door installation. Our Sales Representatives sell for us, so they have full knowledge of the product they're selling for our company. We have not, in 27 years of business ever sold a custom pocket door. Perhaps the terminology you're using is incorrect, but a custom pocket door is a door that slides into the adjacent wall and that is not, unfortunately, a door style we've ever provided. All things are done at the same time unless something arose like a product reorder, defect or an issue that could have occurred in transit. You would not, for example, like us to install a window that was broken in transit just because we stated we install everything at the same time, we install everything at the same time when no unforeseen circumstances occur & we again do not sell or install 'custom pocket doors'. We would hope for you to call our office to please tell us which company visited your home and stated this, we have not had any plans with another company to do a training session we are fully in contact with all of our manufacturers & we'd know if such a plan was in place. We stand behind our company for providing one of the highest quality products you can receive in the window & door market, and we're terribly dismayed to hear of your dissatisfaction with your project.     Patio Door Replacement

    We contacted Brock Doors & Windows to replace our old patio doors from another manufacturer that had lost their seal. We received excellent service from the quote to the installation. We are very happy with the new patio door set.

    Patio Door

    We recently had a new patio door installed at my house in Brampton ad the entire process went off without a hitch. The salesman was knowledgeable and provided a lot of options and advice to assist us in making the best choice for our situation. He took some rough measurements to estimate the cost. About a week later a different person scheduled a time to take some more precise measurements. He arrived when he was scheduled and only took about 10 minutes. He let us know that in a few weeks somebody would call to schedule the install. Once the install was scheduled the install crew arrived to remove my old door and install a new one. They arrived at the scheduled time and were efficient in their task. Unfortunately, there was rotten wood under my old frame that needed to be replaced before the new door could be installed, but the installers took care of that. They took the time to make sure all of the trim (fit and finish) was done right. The door looks and works great. If I had known, it would be this easy I probably would have had it done a long time ago.

    Replaced old windows

    Last January Brock Doors and Windows replaced our old windows. It was a good decision that we chose this company. The service from quotation, follow ups and installation were all exceptional. We could feel that the rooms were much warmer. The price was also reasonable.

    Great to work with!

    We used Brock Doors and Windows to replace our main living room window and our basement windows. They were easy to work with from the first step right through installation. Communication was great and the final product looks great!

    Bay windows, patio door and bathroom windows

    Installers did an excellent job on installing my windows. We were pleased with the windows and door. Have found them to be a lot warmer then the drafted windows we had previously installed. I would recommend Brock Windows to anyone. Awesome job.
