    Full window Replacements

    I had replaced 5 windows and 1 patio door with 2 casement front windows 1 bay and 1 larger flat window 2 side cranks and middle large plat windows, 3 good medium size replacements along with 1 patio sliding door. Mark and Chase the installer's where professional and clean couldn't have been more pleased with the work they had done and I'm really enjoying the comfort and look of the triple pane replaced windows and patio door! Great Job! .. Highly recommend Brock Doors & Windows! Lawrence

    Installation of window

    This installation was for a bathroom window. Everything went as usual. I have delt with Brock through Kevin for several years and have always been more than happy with the results.

    Windows and doors

    Very professional job. Installers are very skilled and on time. Will do some more windows again. The neighbourhood really likes the new look in front of the house. Will recommend to others. Thanks .

    Basement window replacement

    We have used Brock for 3 other projects (3 ground floor windows, front door, 2 patio sliding doors) over the past 8 years, so our first (and only) call was naturally to them when it came time to replacing a small basement window. Brian was as usual prompt and knowledgeable, and installation by Colin was timely and professional. I hate to admit it, but we don't even get competitive quotes anymore, given the comfort level we have built up dealing with Brock, no amount savings could be worth it!

    Custom dimension windows

    Due to the unconventional application, I was afraid that it was going to be a difficult task to get two small windows, at particular dimensions, to be installed at the entrance of my garage renovated as a new room. I did try with some other companies that did not seem to be much interested in providing with an estimate, most probably because of the small size of the window I was looking for. I went to Brock Doors and Windows, in Brampton. I exposed the challenge to Mathew, who was very kind in finding a solution to my problem, and provided an estimate for custom awning windows with features beyond my expectations and for a convenient price. Any trace of anxiety I had was finally replaced with great satisfaction when I received the final product. My new windows look great and they are very impressive in terms of structure and quality of material.

    Great service!

    A window I purchased 6 years ago did not open - the lock was jammed. Jen in service was very helpful and sent Nick - who was very polite and fixed the problem quickly. My only recommendation to Brock: A few years ago I asked about replacing my small basement window such that it could be used as a fire exit. The salesperson made an error in that he claimed that a new slider would pop out to open fully. Fortunately when the installer came, he showed me that it was not sufficient for a fire exit, and so I cancelled the purchase - Brock was understanding about this. But I recently discovered that for a true basement fire exit, there are codes and you need a proper "egress window" of 2 ft x 3 ft and window well. Brock might want to educate their customers about this when asked about a fire exit window.

    Windows

    Word of mouth by reliable friends led me to Brock windows beautiful store front in Brampton. I am very happy with the just completed workmanship. My new windows block outside noise better than I had anticipated.

    patio doors

    I recently had a patio door installed and basement windows capped and was very pleased with the entire experience. The professionalism and quality of work shown by the installation team (Eugene and Oleg) was outstanding, they even cleaned up any mess made. Thank you also to the Salesman Phil.

    New windows

    After a lot of shopping around and getting quotes we went with Brock for our new windows. We are more than happy with the serivce, instalation and product. I would highly recommend to family and friends and will be booking an appointment to discuss a new front door

    REPLACEMENT WINDOWS & INSTALLATION

    I found this company`s salesman, Adam Foxman to be informative and positive as to the best types of windows for the various locations in the house. The 2 installers, Stefan and Ian kindly answered any questions that I had. At the conclusion of the installation Stefan explained various features of the windows. I am very happy with the service that I received. I look forward to a winter with less drafts and significantly lower heat loss with my new BROCK windows.
