    New Windows

    This is the second job Brock has done for me. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and the installation. However One of my shrubs was destroyed when a basement window was installed. But to Brock's credit when I called about this I was immediately compensated for this loss with a credit to my Visa card.

    Exceeded expectations - yet again

    Brock Doors & Windows Inc. definitely exceeded expectations on this particular contract. They were very accommodating of my schedule, and they were very accommodating of a concern that I had. I don't want to get into specifics, but they know what the issue was. They took that concern seriously, addressed it, and found a fast and very acceptable resolution. I was totally thrilled with their reaction and the final product. Once it was installed, the whole project went the way I would have hoped it would go, and it is why I continue to repeat my purchase with the company. I would highly recommend them. Brock Doors & Windows Inc. did not fall short of my expectations. I can't even think of an area where they fell short. They either met or exceeded my expectations throughout the whole process, from getting the quote, to placing the order, to coordinating the order, to coordinating the installation, to the completion of the project. The Installer took extra time to ensure a quality finish, and his attention to detail was admirable.

    Windows and Front Door

    We just had our front windows and front door replaced by Brock. The salesperson was knowledgeable and was really helpful during the decision making process. The Installers were efficient and did a fantastic job. Overall a great experience and would use them again, no question.

    Window installation

    Great windows and great work on the installation. I really felt like they were looking out for me during the install. And the woodwork on the interior was great! Highly recommended.

    Kitchen Door

    I am very pleased with the service by Brock Windows and Doors. They came when they said they would, I thought the price was extremely competitive, the installers were absolutely amazing (and put up with my dog while they were trying to complete their work). My kitchen door with the internal blinds looks fantastic, and I can notice a huge difference in the reduction in noise from outdoors. I have already recommended them to my neighbors for their window and door needs.

    New Windows + Doors

    I had all 6 of my windows and two doors replaced by Brock and they did a fantastic job from the quote, to the measurements to the installation date. All of the work was done on time, and with incredibly professional workmen. They cleaned up, worked till the sun went down, literally, and checked in on my satisfaction, every step of the way. I would recommend them, and have, to friends and colleagues. They were not the cheapest, but they were the BEST.

    Window Installation

    I recently had a window installed and was very pleased with the entire experience. The professionalism and quality of work shown by the window installation team (Derek & Brian) was outstanding. Thank you also to the Salesman Scott.

    Replaced defective windows from another company

    We had defective windows from another company and called Brock ( saw their ad in our newspaper ). Brian met with us and was very knowledgeable, gave us some great advice and was very professional. Bronson called us to let us know the date when the installers would arrive Our windows arrived on time and the installers Derek and Brian did a fabulous job. They paid attention to every detail even though this wasn't a big job. I wish we had called Brock the first time !! though this was not a big job. Bronson Calle

    Professional Window Replacement

    I am very satisfied with my window’s replacement. The installers, Colin and Kevin did an excellent and professional job. They removed all old windows carefully and removed all the debris. They installed new windows with leveling, adjusting and firmly nailing. Also they patiently answered and explained my questions.

    Becroom Window replaced as well as Garage window replaced

    We have had all our windows replaced in our house by Brock Windows except two. The remaining two were just recently completed.The workmanship along with the sales staff and installation crew were exceptional. All the work was done on time and to our expectations.....well done Brock.
