    Bay window

    I've been to many window manufactures and everyone was trying to match Brock's prices. The window and vinyl skirt was quoted and installed promptly on the day's promised. I will be getting Brock to complete the rest of our windows.

    Change my basement windows

    My friend recommended Broke doors and windows for me because he was very happy with their services, and I am really happy with their services, too. Adam has done a great job. My windows were old style, so the top edge of the window did not have the same measurement as the bottom of the window. He was able to fix it without any issue; after he finished, he cleaned the place, so I did not do any cleanup after he left. I am really happy with their service, and I will use them again to change my other windows at some point.

    We were very happy with the windows, the price, the quality, the workmanship and the two gentlemen that did the work We would not hesitate in using Brock Windows again.

    we had three quotes from window companies and were impressed with the sales person and his knowledge of the company and the quality of the product. We had the windows installed on the day we have agreed upon and they left the site clean. We love our new windows and they look very good. Thank you Brock.

    New windows

    The product installed without any problems. Our installer Stefan did a very good job on the installation and capping over the two days required foe the job.No complaints. Have no problem recommending Stefan and Brock for their workmanship and product.

    Sliding Patio Door Glass Replacement

    In 2004 we built a new home of our dreams in Wasaga Beach. We went to Brock Windows in Brampton as we had been told that they had the best windows and entrance designed doors and that they had a lifetime warranty on defects. We purchased all of our windows an exterior access doors from Brock and they were installed by a local builder we had contracted to build our home. Earlier this year we noticed a haze on the fixed panel of the 6 foot wide slider door that was caused by a leak. We notified Jen at Brock and a visit was made to our home. It was agreed that the door was leaking and arrangements were made to replace the door glass. Jenn was very professional in how we were treated and there was no disagreement on replacing the glass. The young man who came to install the door was an absolute professional. He knew exactly what he was doing, he was cordial in his conversation with me and he was very careful and clean in how he came into our home and set up to replace the door. He left no marks or damage behind on our floors or elsewhere. He was careful in all that he did. We were well pleased with the work accomplished by him and by Jenn. We would go back to Brock for future orders and would highly recommend their sales staff, customer service personnel and especially their service technician Nick. Sincerely Mary & Jerry Verrette

    New windows

    Our builder windows were terrible from the start. We've had water damage because they leaked and the frames had gaps, which let in the cold in winter. We decided to have new windows installed by Brock Windows, and they look great. The sales personnel and installation crew were knowledgeable, curtious and did a great job. A bit of a mess to clean up from the drywall dust, but was to be expected as it was a windy day. We are now looking forward to rainy days and the winter to get the full benefits of our new windows!

    Excellent job with our door!

    We got a new door installed today by Brock Doors and Windows. They were excellent! Our installers (Stefan and Ian) were punctual, and got to work as soon as they arrived. They worked very efficiently despite it being a hot day, and I loved the fact that they did a thorough clean-up after finishing the job! Great customer service!

    Two bay windows

    Brock's installers arrived at the exact time I had been told -- a rare event when dealing with renovators. They were pleasant to deal with, completed the project within the promised timeline.     Windows and Doors

    Went to their showroom before committing to having a sales rep come to our home. We were impressed with the appearance and quality of Brock's windows and doors. The sales rep was polite, informative and thorough. The install team showed up on time and were fantastic workers. Friendly and professional. The quality of the install was second to none. The cleanup was complete with no mess left behind. We would and actually already have recommended Brock to others.

    Replacement windows

    I was very pleased with the service. They were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. My 4 windows were installed within a few hours. They cleaned and ensured all windows were operational and that we were satisfied with there work. In fact, not only did we recommend but neighbours also approached asking questions. We would definitely use them again.
