    Windows

    I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK DONE IN MY HOUSE, THE GUYS WERE RIGHT ON TIME, DID A VERY CLEAN JOB, HARRY AND HIS PARTNER WERE EXTREMELY POLITE AND WENT OVER AND ABOVE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE PERFECTLY. i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HARRY AND HIS PARTNER FOR FURTHER INSTALLATION, tHANKS AGAIN FOR A WONDERFUL JOB DONE.     Do yourself a favor and run away!

    it took 12 months to complete 1 window even though I originally ordered two. as previous posts note, if you have a timeframe and other contractors waiting then do not use brock. here is my timeframe: 17 July 2015 - Scott gave quote for several different choices 24 July - I ask about two in particular and scott says 8 weeks to deliver 25 july - I ask if install is possible for 11 sept and scott advises the office needs to rebook another appointment for him 29 july - I email saying I have still not heard from the office but he says he is available Friday. 12 August - scott finally returns and the contract is signed. he says don't call the office or you get pushed to the back of the pile. of course I take this as a joke. 1 sep - installer is due but did not show up 9, 12, 16 sept - emailed with no response until 16 when charlotte advised he could come the latest by 19 September. I reminded her that the windows needed to be installed prior to the stucco 17 sept - Frank, the installer came (he had been ill) to check the measurements. he confirmed the windows would be installed prior to the stucco and my 82 year old inlaws arriving (they couldn't sit in the house in winter with huge open holes in the walls) 20 oct - I email charlotte after leaving several messages on the phone with none being responded to. it is now 10 weeks since the contract was signed. the inlaws arrive on 29th and the stucco starts on 2 November! I called frank who said only charlotte could arrange the installation dates and times 21 oct - charlotte calls to say she hasn't even ordered the windows from the suppliers! she blamed it on waiting for frank to respond to a query she had on a measurement but he doesn't use a computer? then she says that because there are only 2 windows ordered they will not split the order. (i could have had the stucco people leave the side of the house where the bay window was going till last but she refused) the bay window and takes longer to get from the manufacturer so if I still want the bay then both would not be delivered and installed until 17 November but if I cancelled the bay then she could have the plain window installed by someone else on the 9 or 10 November. 11 nov - the window was installed however I noticed there was a cut up into the wall and a scrape on the inside piece so emailed scott. who offered to take a look. I said he didn't need to if frank or the installer would come back to fix it. nov 20 - scott says he has enquired if it is a service issue dec 3 - I ask scott how long this should take 5 feb - the installer returns and fixes the wall but no one even told him about the piece that needs changing and he doesn't have any in the van! 31 mar - email scott again who apologises and says he will get on it. 24 may - I email again! 26 may - scott advises that diane from the office will call to respond 8 july - finally done!!! note that scott and frank and the final fellow all appeared shocked that i could not get 2 windows installed or that it took a year to happen but no one was able to get anything done.

    Fixed damaged seat in bay window

    We had some water damage to the seat in the bay window which Brock had installed over 10 years ago. We called Brock and after assessing the damage, they agreed to replace the seat ... no charge!!! We have always been very satisfied with all the work that Brock has done for us, but this was above and beyond what was expected. Our service coordinator, Jenn Da Silva, was very helpful in arranging the inspection and coordinating the installation. Nick Carvalho supervised the installation, and explained everything that would need to be done for a proper repair. They also determined where the leak came from and addressed this issue. A special thanks to Amry , Cassius, and the NorthStar rep. who did a great job with the replacement of the seat and worked tirelessly all day. We are extremely satisfied with the result and would definitely recommend Brock to anyone. They do great work with the initial installation, and are fantastic with post installation service. THANKS BROCK!!!

    dormer windows

    Received fast response after calling brock. Ken Riddle was the rep and was very informative on brock's suppliers. remeasurement, installation and cleanup were on time, well equipped and impeccable cleanup. Cost was equivalent to other window companies and we chose brock due to time line. Looking forward to dealing with them again soon. Highly recommendable

    The sales person did a excellent presentation of the windows and doors for me and I am satisfied with my purchase,the installers were on time,courteous and did a excellent job

    Patio door installed

    I was impressed by the selection of doors offered by Brock and by the service. I was phoned to set up an installation appointment shortly after I met with the salesman. Although the installers were delayed in arriving, they phoned to let me know and stayed until7:00 pm to finish the job on the first day of a long weekend.

    Excellent Job Once Again

    We used Brock Windows once again to replace the remainder of our old windows and also to install a new front door. As is last time, the service was terrific and we are very happy with the quality and workmanship of the install.

    window installation

    We had Brock Windows and Doors install 10 upper level windows and we are so pleased with the excellent job that Eugenes team did. They are a great team, did a fabulous job from start to finish. We highly recommend this company.

    Bedroom Windows

    This is the second time that I have used this company. Once again I found them to give expert advice on our needs. The installer was very professional, knew his stuff and was very friendly. I would use the services of this company for future projects in my home.

    Window order

    Fair warning for people who need their windows installed within a certain time line. This company will fail to meet their promises. Brock Windows takes on as much work as possible by advertising deep discounts encouraging people to use their products and services. Their timelines are not to be trusted. Trying to get a refund for windows that were measured incorrectly is even harder! If you do not have a timeline for installation and the windows are a direct replacement of existing windows than no worries. If you are enlarging windows or adding new windows for a reno do yourself a favour and look for a company that is equipped to do the job.

In your particular case, you received very prompt responses from your salesman regarding sizing for your cut out- ultimately, your contractors were wrongly advised of the width and height and your window would not correctly fit the cut out. For those unforeseen reasons, we were not able to provide you with your particular timeline. At this moment in time you are unwilling to accept your custom order, but your contract states you cannot deny us delivery of the product as it has already been ordered and delivered to our location. If you do not want the installation performed by our company that is not a problem. But unfortunately, we cannot issue you a full refund as you have asked us, for those reasons stated above. We wish to discuss this further with you at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your feedback!
