I had 5 windows replaced by this company in October 2011. The salesman came to my home and sold me on the company's reputation, product, and warranty. The installer was amazing. He completed the job in a timely manner and he left no trace of him being in my home. I could have written a review about the company back in 2011 and it would have been stellar based on the service but I wanted to wait to see how the windows would hold up during a full winter. The winter of 2011 was relatively mild and I had no problems with the windows. However, the winter of 2012 was a different story we had the famous ice storm and extremely cold temperatures. I believe it was the day after Christmas in 2013 when I looked out the window to see a crack forming in the upper right corner of one of the windows. Given that it was the holidays, I called them in January 2014 to let them know that a crack was starting in one of the windows. I figured that I would have no problems given the iron clad warranty that the sales guy, John (I believe that was his name) had sold me on. To my dismay, cracks were not covered and it was going to cost me a minimum of $200 to have the window replaced. Needless to say, I was very upset. I finally got over the upset and called them on July 19, 2016 to have the window replaced. I gave the lady the serial number of the window, which was sufficient last time for a replacement estimate but not this time. I am still waiting to hear back.
