    6 casement windows

    I was most satisfied with the quality of the windows. I would like to recognize the installer, Harry, for his exceptional service.The price included installation. Installation took a while as all the windows were on the second floor and it was in the height of winter.The work area was kept clean and tidy.

    100% professional, from start to finish

    Had a new bay window as well as upstairs windows replaced - am very happy I went with Brock. During the quotation process, Tony was extremely helpful, and quick to respond to my questions via email. Pricing was in-line with my other quotes so ultimately my decision came down to customer service. Installation by John and his wife was on-time, surprisingly quick, and they were meticulous in the clean-up, not a speck of dust or debris to be seen. Overall I was very happy with Brock and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

    Replace windows

    I wanted to replace all windows and patio door of my house. I obtained prices from three companies. The product from Brock impressed me and the salesman was very informative. I decided to go with them. I'm glad I chose Brock Doors and Windows. I am extremely happy and would strongly recommend them for any sized job. I was most satisfied with smooth installation. I'd like to recognize the installer. The lead guy was Frank and he worked with Joe. Very professional job.

    Windows, doors, French doors

    The company I hired Emerald Green Home Improvements used Brock windows and doors in my new house and they look really nice and work very well. Recommend using companies that use Brock won't be disappointed.

    Windows and Patio door

    Working with Brock Doors & Windows Inc. was a very positive experience for me. My sales Rep (Scott) did a great job educating me my options and I always felt informed and never pressured. The installer (Amry) also had a lot of experience and did an excellent job of the installation. I did a lot of homework and shopping around and at the end of the day I am very glad that I went with Brock and I will definitely ask for their help when I replace the remaining windows. Thank you Brock!

    Custom window replacement

    We had a large glass block window that we needed replaced. Kevin in sales came by and was friendly and knowledgable. He guided us to the perfect choice in a frosted window for our bathroom. Kevin warned us that installation could be problematic given the complicated trim around our window and the age of our home, but assured us that his installer would be able to work with it, no matter the circumstances. Stefan in installation was accommodating when it came to timing when he came to measure. Upon installation Stefan was prompt and friendly, he cared about not damaging anything and performed a perfect installation in around two hours. He was also very professional and was able to compromise with the roofers who also had to work in a tight space in our downtown Toronto neighbourhood who happened to be working next door. I would not hesitate to recommend Brock Windows & Doors for any reason, and plan to use them again in the future.

    Replacement Windows - Existing Home

    We worked with Ken in Sales and he generated a quote very quickly for our window retrofit. When the time came for installation, the Brock team, led by Nick were very professional, and they installed the new windows and a new door in our home in a very professional manner. Kaileigh was the most responsive person that we've ever been involved with. When we thought there was an issue, she had someone at our house within 48 hours to take care of us. The Manager who showed up was extremely helpful, and they resolved our issue immediately. We would recommend Brock to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their windows/doors.

    New replacement Window for Entire Home (Brick to Brick)

    Replacing windows for your entire home is such a huge investment. My husband and I looked into a few window companies and were so happy that we made the decision to go with Brock Doors and Windows! Our sales rep Philip C initially came to our home, providing us with the information we needed, as well as a comfort level that Brock was the company to replace our windows. Initial measurements were taken and then we visited their showroom. Philip C was very thorough, knowledgeable, easy going and personable. We were happy that he made several recommendations on window styles and colours. Once we finalized things, final measurements were taken and scheduling was done quite quickly and the installation date was set even earlier than anticipated! Philip was always available by phone and email (I certainly had a lot of questions leading up to the installation date). I was a little nervous about this huge job and the possible issues or mess that can happen during this type of installation. Our installers, Riza and Tony, were amazing. They were pleasant, professional and a careful installation team. They take pride in all they do and addressed a minor issue right away with trim on one of our windows. I was also glad to see that there was no damage to the walls so that immediate painting is not necessary. I especially like the fact that the new window trim is primed pine and that it's wider than other window companies. Installation time took as planned and Riza and Tony left our place clean too, inside and out. Love our new windows, especially the large living room window and awning kitchen window! It was great to see Philip C involved in the installation too. He popped in each day of the install and even lent a hand on a large living room window. He also followed up after the installers were done to ensure we were happy with the job. We went into this project feeling a little uncertain how the installation was going to go, but we are totally happy with the entire replacement window process. Professional sales rep who was always available for questions and concerns, and a fabulous installation team that were clean, professional and took pride in what they do. Great quality and workmanship! We will definitely recommend Brock Doors and Windows and will certainly use them for future projects!

    New windows and door

    Replacing two small, older bedroom windows was on my to do list this spring. I contacted Brock windows and doors when my previous window installer did not return my calls. Adam contacted me promptly and came to price the job. He was friendly and professional and knew what he was talking about. After selecting two windows we spoke about my door situation. He offered suggestions without being pushy and I liked what I saw so ended up replacing the screen door to my backyard. Date was set for the install and the friendly phone associates called to confirm and remind me. The installer Sokol showed up at the pre-determined time with one other assistant. Both were friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. They were clean workers and didn't waste time. As far as the windows, they are good quantity and have greatly improved the air circulation upstairs. The door is beautiful- the full glass panel makes me feel like I'm right in the yard even when I'm inside. This was a painless renovation and I'm very pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Brock windows and doors. Thank

    Entrance door

    When I contacted Brock windows to quote a replacement door it was a painless process.within days I got a call from a rep to quote I did mention to keep cost down,and within a couple weeks job was completed, good quality and workmanship very happy.
