3 basement windows
Great service, in a timely matter. Dave, the sales rep. was thorough with explaining the product. Mykohl was organized with setting up a date and time and was organized and efficient with getting the job done. Most of the windows were installed 20 years ago, with no issues to this date. Great product, with efficient service and friendly staff, I would highly recommend Brock Doors and Windows.

Living Room Windows
We wanted to replace two large picture windows in our living room. We were happy with Brock Windows right from the time the salesman set foot in our door. He explained how the windows were constructed, the security features (we were most interested in this), and gave us a very reasonable price. After obtaining a quote from another company, who were not as impressive, we went ahead with Brock and are extremely satisfied. They called us and booked the date and the time. The installers arrived right on time. They made sure our hardwood floors were covered before starting. They worked from the time they arrived until the job was complete. We were going to keep the existing woodwork but there was some rot on the wood around one of the windows. The installer told us he didn't feel right putting the window on rotten wood and he would need to replace one of the boards. We agreed and said we would pay any extra fees incurred but they didn't charge us. We were happy that the installer had the integrity to do the right thing by letting us know about the wood rot in the first place. The windows look fantastic. The installers showed us how to open and close them properly. They cleaned up and left our living room as they found it. We really couldn't be happier and will be calling Brock about replacing our bedroom windows next year.

Replacement of windows and main entrance door
After compairing a few window companies, we decided to choose Brocks. Mr. Water Hawkins came to my house to measure the windows and gave the quote on site. He was very professional and friendly. The quote he offered was not the lowest, but we thought it was reasonable considering of the quality. The only thing I was not happy was that the window installation was much delayed until I called them 4 months later, then they just started to work on my windows. As a result, I had to spend $3000 more on my blinds because Hunter Douglas increased their price. Reza and Tony were the installers, they were very professional and cleaned the site properly after work. I had three big hall windows and were not easy to install considering the size and height, But Reza and Tony did excellent job. We were very pleased with their hard work. We have been using the new windows for a few months, everything is going well.

Bathroom Window
Tony the sales representative showed up on time and presented an attractive estimate, Kemar the installer came a few days later, also showed up on time and did the final measurements. A couple of weeks after Brock called and made an appointment to install, Kemar showed up on the appointment date/time and did the installation. This job was done professionally and the clean up was excellent. Thanks Brock.

Replace windows in Caledon east
Had to replace half of my windows,got quotes from 3 places. Brock had very good reviews so if their price was close I wanted them. Better quote from Brock, From Frank the installer to Diane Jim & Mike service was excellent.Windows fit perfect trimwork was perfect on all 16 windows. First company to do what they promised,also screens are a nice tight fit. Excellent job

All Windows Replaced
It was a cold wintery day in March, and we were a little apprehensive about having All of our windows changed; but the two technicians from Brock were very quick, clean, and professional at their work. The old windows were removed and new ones installed without the house dropping a degree. We are very please with the product and highly recommend Brock Doors & Windows.

Replacement LR & DR windows - HUGE and beautiful!
Brock Windows and Doors were by far the best option for us - we had 2 other companies quote and their pricing was inline (not the lowest but not the highest) and our sales rep Adam understood our older house and the challenges of updating it. We ended up replacing a 3 pane LR window with a single picture window with narrow sliders on the bottom for breeze, and a 2 panel DR window the same way. Now we have 2 huge beautiful windows, and their installation team of Benon and Jeffrey were excellent - we asked an experienced friend to oversee the process and they exceeded his expectations! Jeffrey in particular was very careful of my husbands flower beds, volunteering to do the outside work because he had greenhouse experience and recognized all the plants and flowers immediately. They also replaced our very ugly front screen door and sidelite with a beautiful new door, and matched the kickplate at the bottom of the door in the new sidelite - to our surprise and delight! Turnaround time was actually faster than promised, another unexpected but wonderful experience! We will certainly deal with them again for future challenging jobs, thank you Adam, Benon and Jeffrey.

new windows
Bill is a very good sales rep - he listens well and follows up. Daniel is very professional with the installation. All work was neatly done, and on time. All promised work was completed.
