    Front windows with grills

    Gentleman who came to install was very professional and very friendly. I told him he didn't need to remove his footwear but he still did with each trip in and out of the house. Very respectful and clean. Much appreciated.

    Replace windows

    Positive experience.replaced rotting windows with brand New ones.they look really good and easy to open. Professional installers.made big mess for the day but Cleaned lt up.if you need windows call Brock. Iam good for at least 25 years.

    Brock Windows & Doors Make me Smile

    After a neighbor had their windows and doors done by Brock and just raved about them I had to have them do mine! The team did a great job with my garage door, bay windows, standard window and door and screen door installations. Stefan and Jamie were great at keeping the area neat and tidy and were very professional. Thanks Adriana and Andrew in the office for your support on the project.

    Windows

    Stefan and his helper were very polite and although being late they did call to say they were running behind. Once on the premises they quickly went to work and in no time the window was installed. Stefan showed me how to easily remove the windows for cleaning. There was no mess left to clean up.     Very Happy with result!!

    “The installation crew were amazing. Great workmanship, very polite and friendly.” “The install crew and Steve Matika were great!!” “Very happy and recommended your company to two friends.” Crew cleaned up afterwards. No problems.

    patio door renovation

    service was first rate from the salesman who made the first visit to the installer named KEMAR who double checked the original opening to the day of installation he did an great job and made it look like it was so easy no mess or fuss arrived on time as promised and left the house in a clean and neat state thanks again you are on the list if anyone is looking for window or door work as a first to be recommended thanks again garry

    New patio door with side panels

    We were replacing a sliding glass door and required a design that included a dog door that could be removed and/or replaced with an insert when no longer required. Brock Doors & Windows worked effectively and efficiently with me in order to find a creative solution to my problem Unfortunately, the manufacturer installed the replacement side panels upside down so they were too high off the ground for the short legged dog to use. Brock Windows and Doors sales rep immediately attended during the installation process , admitted the error and put a plan in place to resolve it withing ten days. I was most satisfied with the design and how the installation issue was resolved.

    Window,patio door

    We actually needed more than we bought,but we wanted to see how this company performs before a larger commitment. Now we know that they deserve the plaudits we see in other reviews.Everything was professional and painless from sale to installation. The installers were friendly and extra polite, they worked quickly and carefully, and the finishes are first class. This company will get repeat business from us.

    Multiple window and frame replacement

    Mark, my installer, and his assistant were very professional. They worked really hard and I actually wish I had spoken with them first before finalizing the project. My kitchen window is a triple pane, single hung window that I have difficulty opening because of its weight and being so far away from it, due to the counter top. I didn't know I should take that into consider and the sales person (Steve) didn't make any suggestions, or make me aware of the difficulty I would face, either. Mark realized it upon installation, which is too late. It would of been nice to know beforehand so that I could have chosen another type of window. I would expect the sales person to recognize that challenge and make suggestions appropriately. Mark and his assistant double checked their work. If I was unhappy with anything they fixed it. They made sure I was ok with everything before they left. They were very funny and pleasant. It was nice hanging out with them for the day.

That being said, we apologize that you weren't made aware of the weight and appropriate location for a single-hung triple pane window, triple pane is of course a heavier option and considering the window you had purchased was a single-hung it requires lifting; whereas a casement window has a crank mechanism. You most definitely should've been made aware earlier on that a casement window would've been the best option for your home, considering you have a counter top as a barrier. We apologize for the inconvenience caused, but unfortunately following order and installation of the product there is nothing that can be done. We're happy to hear our installers personalities shined and that you enjoyed their company! They enjoyed hanging out with you too, thanks again Koryn!

    Picture Window Replacement

    We're fully satisfied with this major window & frame replacement job. It involved a complete replacement of everything down to the bare bricks, installing and sealing 3-part triple-glazed windows and finishing properly and professionally, and cleaning up at the end. Excellent job by Stefan and his assistants.
