    Window Installation

    2nd time user of this team. Very happy with initial installation and performance of the triple glazed NorthStar windows and sliding doors we knew we just had to contact Brock Windows and Doors again. A quick response from our sales rep Steve who did our original quote on windows and doors and ensured we got the same trim colour and matched up the windows for the new job. Project coordinator was Angelyka and our installer was Ziggy. Came right on time - quick, efficient, and tidy. Couldn't be happier.

    Storm door and kitchen window

    Professional services accurate quote. Job done on time and right the first time The installers were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will be more then glad to use the company again and recommend them to a friend.

    hired Brock to replace all my windows

    I had to redo all the windows in my house over the last 4 years, about 30k worth. Its a difficult job, with very high and large windows, original trim that had to be retained, hard to access, high-end house etc. My sales Rep was Michael, and installer was Mark. Both Mike and Mark were terrific - hence the reason i've kept on reusing them the past 4 years. The pricing has been reasonable, and the one time I had to use a repair (due to defect of manufacture) Brock was easy and quick to deal with.

    Great job on replacement windows?

    Could not be happier with the service and installation. Michael was able to answer all our questions about the windows and made it very easy to choose Brock. Sokol and his crew were very careful to make sure the work site was clean and did a greta job at seamlessly installing the replacement windows. Highest recommendation.

    Get the Professionals!

    We used Brock about 7 years ago to replace all the front windows in my house and was impressed with their service, pricing and installation. In March 2016 we decided to replace all the other windows (10) including some large picture windows and called Brock and a few others. Brock was the most responsive in setting up an appointment and getting me a quote. I did get a second quote, and was sitting on the fence. I wanted to choose Brock as I felt they knew what they were doing and would do it well. Then I got a follow-up call from Brock offering a 10% discount which sealed the deal. There were follow-ups with the installer on dimensions and an installation date set and within a few weeks we had perfectly fitting, custom manufactured windows made and professionally (and cleanly) installed in two days. Thanks to Walter on the sales/service and Stefan on installation. You won't be disappointed!

    Windows Replaced

    This is the third time we have had Brock Windows replace windows for us. The new windows look great. They really know which windows to recommend. Mike, the salesman recommended a kitchen window that rolls out from the bottom, it looks great and we understand why he recommended it open from the bottom. The installers cleaned up everything afterwards. Great job again!

    Windows and Doors installed Nov 2015.

    My sales rep was Brian, my installer was Kris, and my project coordinator was Bride. I got 4 quotes for the windows and doors project we had (whole house), and it was amazing how Brock was able to meet our needs and requests. We were actually able to keep the same blinds that we had prior to changing windows. Overall they did a great job! I was most satisfied when we noticed an immediate change in the sound. Also, we even noticed the temperature change. Although the winter wasn't that cold, these windows were able to keep the cold air out. We also like the look of the windows, so pretty much everything overall was excellent. I would like to recognize both Brian (sales and point person) and the installer, Kris. They both knew their work very well and answered to concerns and questions we had. We had done a couple of different projects in 2015 and Brock was by far the best to deal with excellent product and pricing were well in line with the value received. Easy to recommend Brock Windows to our friends. Received many comments on our front door.

    Great Product and Great Service

    This is the second time that we have used Mark Hill and Brock Windows; as with the first time, both experiences were highly pleasant, and we would highly recommend them. They have a high quality product and service. They did not fall short in any areas. I would like to recognize Mark Hill for his knowledge in the product and his ability to understand our needs and suggest the products that would be best for us. We specifically ask for him because his service and knowledge are outstanding. Sam's ability to install the product was also key in the success of our purchase. Thank you all!

    Front door system and windows

    Brock Doors and Windows recently installed a front door system a number of windows including a very large one. From the beginning Ken and the entire company have been very efficient and professional. The installation team (Michael and his partner) arrived as scheduled and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen to anyone. Not only was the job done very well, they did a great job of cleaning up both inside and outside the house. Well done Brock!!!

    Complete replacement of all Doors and Windows of our 24 Year Old Home

    This was the best decision in regards to installing Triple Pane Windows and New Doors. I am already noticing a HUGE difference in comfort and NOISE reduction. Great Job by Amry on the installation. Work was professionally done. Started with a super knowledgeable salesman called Brian and we were kept aware of the progress by their project coordinator Dianne. The finishing touch by Amry as what really brought this project together. I highly recommend this company and their product.
