It takes a long time for us to make a decision when it comes to renovations. We had done our homework by bringing in several quotes and decided to check out the Brock advertisement in The Sun.
Our visit to the show room in Brampton was positive. Shortly after our arrival, Scott came up to us and answered all our questions and we promptly made an appointment for a home visit and to provide us with a quote.
During the home visit, Scott led us through a computer visual of what the windows would look like and with his guidance on what would look right and pleasing for our home, we made our decision right then to place an order. We also added a sliding glass door to the order.
Charlotte, our project coordinator, always kept us informed from when we would receive a home visit from the installer, who took the measurements, to the installation date. This helped to assure that we were on course.
Michael, who took the measurements, was back to install the windows and door. Seeing the windows for the first time, we were delighted and even more so when they were set in. Without any trim work done yet , we could see and hear the difference. Michael and his helper worked quietly away and by late afternoon the two large front windows and sliding glass door were in place. They looked wonderful and what a difference they made to the esthetics of our home.
