    3 new windows,bedroom, dining rm,and kitchen.

    Called Brock windows for an estimate, within a few days Dave shows up to measure and give us a price, we gave the ok right away as we had some other prices witch were comparable,but Brocks product looked better. Dave sent Mykola over to get the final measurement. about 4 days early Charlotte calls to set up install on a Saturday. Mykola and his helper show up and begin the process. The install crew did an excellent job ,very professional. I have more windows to do and when i am ready i will be calling again. Great job done by all. Thank you

    New front and side doors

    We had double front doors and a side door installed. From the very beginning the experience was positive and there were no surprises. Brian was knowledgeable and ensured we knew what to expect. Gregg, our installer, was very professional and friendly and showed respect for our home. It was worthwhile making the trip to the showroom and we got exactly what we wanted. We had one problem with the locking on the door and Brock was out the next day to fix the problem. I definitely would recommend Brock.

    Fixing door lock

    Replacing faulty part of door lock that wasn't working properly and needed adjusting then replacing

    windows

    excellent job, and excellent price cannot complain about either the installer were very good they came installed the windows cleaned after them and left. no complaints at all and I will recommend them to any and everybody.

    Three outer doors installed

    This an update from my previous review - I had three doors installed over the past several months. The attention to details from sales to installation was impressive and I am happy I chose to work with Brock. Recently I some difficulty with one of my doors. Nothing major but bothersome. Their customer service/reputation team addressed my problems in a courteous and understanding manner and arranged to have the problem addressed. Thank you.

    Window Replacement

    We got a quote from Dorian in March of 2015 for windows in all 3 bedrooms (total 5 windows), the kitchen (2), and the dining room (1 large picture window). We did the installations over a year, in 3 phases; Brock/Dorian not only honoured the original quote, but also advised us of any other specials. Excellent communication and no unexpected delays (Angelyka); the finishing trim inside was nicer than what I had previously and the area was so clean after you couldn't even tell they'd been there (Gino is the best!!!)!

    New front doors

    The installers Riza and Tony were very professional and didn't rush the job even in the cold and rain that day. We will have Brock Doors and Windows for any further work needed for our home in the future.

    Windows, Bay & Patio Door

    We had 12 windows, a bay window and a patio door installed. Our sales Rep, Steven, was not a typical salesman trying to up sale us on every little item, but made recommendations that made sense for our project. Angelyka ensured the dates for our installation worked for us and answered every question we had. The installation crew was highly professional, clean, organized and very skilled and knowledgeable about what they were doing. The staff stayed late in the evening to make sure the job was done correctly and to make sure we were satisfied. We really appreciated them taking that time and being so professional. They did not fall short at all. The lead installer, Gino, was just excellent. He kept communicating and problem solving with us over the entire two days of installation. He was a great team leader. We were very pleased and our experience with Brock Doors and Windows exceeded our expectations.

    Doors: front, patio & garage

    I'm a repeat customer of Brock who had changed most of my windows in 2009. They delivered again: Matt in Sales was a pleasure to work with and his suggestions and responsiveness helped me make up my mind. Mike and his team did a perfect job, paying attention to minor details and working quietly and neatly. Charlotte's coordination got the project done on time and Kaileigh's effort and client service skills proved that the support team delivers on their word, recently arranging a flawless replacement of a window panel which was under warranty. I'd recommend Brock to anyone who values reliability, a quality product, an excellent final product and after sales support.

    Side door and slider

    We Loved our recent experience with Brock. Kevin was easy to work with and crew members Eugene and Alex were amazing! We are extremely happy with the end product and will use them again soon (hopefully) for a new front door! Highly recommended!
