    New windows

    There was an error with the manufacture of our windows and the grills were not included initially. Within a week Brock had the new windows made and installed flawlessly. No more drafts or leaks through the windows

    Patio Door replacement

    After checking out two other companies, one local, we made the correct decision to use Brock Doors & Windows. Our experience was everything you would expect from a professional company. Their workmanship and quality is top notch. Ken, our sales rep was extremely knowledgeable about their complete product line. He explained the process that we could expect from start to finish including price & timelines. Derek, our installer has worked for Brock for many years and we would rate the installation of our replacement patio door as perfect! Without hesitation we would highly recommend Brock Doors & Windows.

    Brocks makes impossible possible

    Kevin Dyers is awesome. He phone me and let me know I have issues on my doors. He makes impossible possible without any extra cost. We all pleased with the service from beggining untill end. We deffinitely reccomend them in my neighbourhood.

    Entrance door replacement

    After checking out a few door and window companies, we placed the order with Brock Doors and Windows. They have a nice showroom in Scarborough. Our sales rep Mike Jr. explained the product options in great detail and was very professional. Our project coordinator Bride sent us a letter detailing what to expect before, during and after the installation, which was quite helpful. Our installer Eugene did a good job. Everything went well except there was a small problem with reinstalling the door alarm switch.

    Patio door

    Our experience with Brock doors and windows was excellent. The project coordinator Angelyka is great. She was very curtious and very helpful with all our needs and with what to expect. The installation crew Gino and his team we fantastic. They installed my patio door very efficiently and with care. They made sure to explain how to use the door from the multipoint to how to properly use the security bolt. Overall a great experience. Gino was very helpful with all my questions and concerned assuring us about everything. We will recommend Brock to all our family and friends. Great job !!

    Full House Window Replacement

    The quality of the windows is high and we were very happy with the service. Bill, the sales person did an excellent job helping us select windows and presenting ideas for the new windows. He gave us a fair and competitive quote that recognized that we were a repeat customer. John, the lead installer was very easy to deal with and left our home very clean when the project was complete.

    New Window Installation

    We have dealt with a competitor window company in the past and received a quote from them as well. But Steve the sales rep provided a clean, easy to read quote with competitive pricing and Brock just seemed like the better company. They did not disappoint us! Steve the sales rep was polite and very responsive. All staff were professional. Ziggy did an absolutely fabulous job both installing the windows and the replacement sills. I was very pleased with the work, their dedication and their cleanliness. There was a pile bigger than my living-room in the driveway from the old windows and they didn't leave a stick. Great clean up job! WIndows make a big difference on the overall look and resale value of the home.

    Living room bay window

    My new bay window looks beautiful and was installed on time. Almost every window in my home has been replaced by Brock. Very pleased, thank you guys.

    Windows Replacement

    I had my 4 bedroom windows and a kitchen window replaced in Sept 2015. I was extremely satisfied with the both the Quality of the product that the Sales Rep Mike offered to me at the time of purchase, not to mention the level of service that and efficiency that he gave me when I had to make a change in the order a week or so later. Not to mention the helpful service from Adrianna coordinating with me for the best time to have the installation crew come by to complete the job. Also, Derek and his installation crew were courteous and efficient when they came to install the windows. They kept the work area nice and clean. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

    Window

    It's a really good company and it's worth the time to invest in the company and the product. I was impressed with Bill. He came out, he made sure we had everything we needed, and the windows seem to be very good. We have actually have no drafts now. Bill did a really good job. He did everything with a smile on his face.
