We have had five replacement windows installed by Brock Doors and Windows Inc. We were impressed with the professional and courteous approach of Brock staff at every stage of the project. Our decision to award the contract to Brock was based on the quality of their sales promotion and follow-up and by the competitive price quoted by Brock. The installers were polite and completed the window replacement project on schedule. We were satisfied with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Brock Windows and Doors for window replacement work.

Replace window under warranty
The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Before entering the house, he removed his work books so that he would not soil carpets in hallway and living room.He was very efficient, friendly and clean; and, answered all our concerns about the product promptly.

Entrance door and \patio door
Brock delivered our doors in a professional manner. Replacing our front entrance and patio doors was a seamless and rewarding experience. Thanks to Mike Jr. and Angelyka who patiently answered all my questions and met the timelines. Ziggy's installation and clean-up was flawless.

After sales follow up service was excellent with Nick ...more than made up for the indifference and ineptitude of the initial sales rep

New windows
After a few quotes, we opted to get 70% of our windows replaced by Brock. They were also referred by a friend. There were in line with other quotes. Overall the process exceeded my expectations. During the consultation, were provided with different options to consider. After we placed the order, we were advised it would take approx. 8 weeks for our new windows to come in. They were ready to be installed in 4 weeks! The installers did a quality job, showed up on time, were extremely organized and clean - there was literally no mess for us to deal with afterward. Brock also had someone call to ensure the process was going well. The windows look great. Highly recommend triple-pane if you live on a busy city street. The noise reduction is remarkable.

Warranty replacement of cracked window
The work was done quickly and efficiently. Nick was here on time and was polite and tidy. Any questions that we had were answer professionally.

It was done Very Professional. Good workers were the installers. As well as the Salesman Andy Bankuti very professional and helpful

Installation of New Windows for the Entire House
We have had the privilege and good fortune of working with PHIL C, who was our Sales Representative and Consultant with Brock Windows. He took pains in reviewing our needs; in developing and making sound recommendations; and lastly, to ensure that we were receiving best pricing. Phil C was extremely client-centric and truly wanted to make us happy and well-looked after - making many late night sales calls to accommodate our work schedule; overseeing installer's work; and reviewing the work along the way to ensure that we were absolutely satisfied. Installers, REZA and TONY are first-rate. They were respectful, professional, and extremely hardworking. Quality of workmanship was superior. In sum, the Brock Windows team is simply best-in-class! Would absolutely highly recommend.

Windows installed
I was very pleased with the quality and friendly service that the installers possessed. They explained what they were doing and how to handle my new windows. I would recommend this company to all my friends, thank you for your service.
